I wanted to make a cardiganthat would be the perfect baby shower gift togive toanyoneexpectinga little girl. Originally made for the baby of a lovely couple, who study theDrghagama, thishadtobe the name of the pattern as well. The Drgha gama means a long (drgha) discourse of Buddha (gama)' in Sanskrit and is a collection of 48 stras, or rather records of the oral teachings of the Buddhafromthe8thcentury.Sonowyouknow!
