In late Spring 2011 a major build-out targeting LEED Platinum level certification will be finished. This build-out will take the building far beyond its present LEED distinction to a new level of Platinum performance, economy and design.

The removal of the current staircase will open the atrium-style lobby for a two-story high video wall. The spectacular video display will present a real-time view of the commercial real estate industry in action, in addition to other periodic messages. An energy-usage dashboard will also present the buildings energy performance advantage for all to see.

Included in the continuing build-out is a tiered-level 50seat auditorium that will provide a superb venue for live and video-cast lectures. The auditorium will be equipped with the very latest audio and video technology.
