Sears Holdings Corporation India Title: Period: Platform: Scope: Sears Holdings Corporation USA Since Nov 2012 MsExcel, Teradata, SQL Server SSIS 2008 R2, Ice Scrum, Tableau The project for Loss Prevention and Shrink reporting of Sears aims at creating an enterprise data warehouse by migrating all the legacy and non legacy information from different geographic regions of the world to its centralised Teradata data warehouse.

Key Role: Creating project estimations, maintaining work distribution matrix, identifying impediments to release bottle necks, facilitate smooth execution of work by regular interaction with team. Responsible for a team of 14 and co-ordinate as a full time scrum master/ project lead and Business analyst in distributed sprints. The web based interface to the database would provide Planners a direct portal to setup and register Insurance Policies for prospective clients. It also provided functionalities like creating quotes, proposals and enrolled new and existing clients online.
