Fellowship

Fellowship n. 1. Companionship; society; consort; mutual association of persons


on equal and friendly terms; familiar intercourse.
Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness but rather reprove
them. Eph 5:11

3. Partnership; joint interest; as fellowship in pain.
4. Company; a state of being together.

1Co 10:20-22 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they
sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that you should have
fellowship with devils. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils:
You cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table (G5132, trapeza
trap'-ed-zah from G5064 and G3979; a table or stool (as being four legged),
usually for food (figuratively a meal); also a counter for money (figuratively a
broker’s office for loans at interest): - bank, meat, table) of devils.

darkness, but rather reprove them. PEPROVE = Reprove v.t. [L. reprobo; re
and probo, to prove.]

To Exhort means 1. To incite by words or advice; to animate or urge by
arguments to a good deed or to any admirable conduct or course of action.
2. To advise; to warn; to caution.) with all longsuffering and doctrine.
3. To charge with a fault to the face; to chide; to reprehend.
4. To blame for; with of; as, to reprove one of laziness.
5. To convince of a fault, or to make it manifest.
6. To refute; to disprove.
7. To excite a sense of guilt. The heart or conscience reproves us.
8. To manifest silent disapproval or blame.

The *vicious” [mentally wrong] cannot bear the presence of the good, whose very
looks reprove them, and whose life is a severe, though silent admonition
[warning, reprimand, scolding] (Mostly from Noah Webster’s 1828 Dictionary)
*vicious = mentally wrong

1John 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with HIM, and walk in darkness, we

Last but the most important Jam 4:4 You adulterers and adulteresses, do you not
know that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Who-so-ever
therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

evangelism,” and “hanging out” with evil minded souls without “rebuking
them that sin before the presence of them all, so the rest will fear.” 2Tim. 5:
