On the 24 October 2008, I, Hungkar Dorje, without engaging in the practice, felt
the conviction that Bhagavan Kurukulla was greater than any other deity for bringing
wisdom and love; faith in this deity arose spontaneously within me. This was on an
island in Vietnam. Enjoying its solitude and naturalness, thinking of the qualities of the
One Mother, Kurukulla Devi, with faith in her, I spontaneously wrote this prayer.

Because this was written with the pure qualities of faith and experience
Whoever respectfully recites it, prints and distributes it,
And makes a fire or wind turned prayer wheel from it,
All their actions will have the profound auspiciousness of bringing life, power,
and the fulfillment of wishes.
