it shows that the training and safety departments are showing highest percentage of injuries at 80% and 60% respectively. Here, maintenance department turns out to be best with just 20% injuries. Hence as per no. of people and percentage of injuries in each department, working out on training and safety departments are to be done first, followed by Admin and operations at 50% injuries each
