TITLE: VIDEO ELECTRONICS COMPANY POINT OF VIEW: As a manager OBJECTIVES 1. To determine if labor is really a factor to the changes in the company. 2. To identify what aspects of the working factor (supervisor or engineer) is effective. 3. To come with the best solutions to solve the companys production problem.

PROBLEM What should the company do in order to solve its production problem?

AREAS OF CONSIDERATION The company should hire employees suited for the position and is flexible enough to do related works. The company should provide the necessary orientations to the employees in order for them to be ready enough before starting their works. All managerial positions should know and understand each others responsibility and should respect each other to have a harmonious relation in the company. STRENGTHS o The company will be able to hire employees suited for the position and be able to produce products accordingly.

o The owner will be able to find lapses which will help the company for its further development WEAKNESSES o The company is not efficient in hiring individuals who are not flexible in different types of work. o The personnel have their own ideas which do not compliment with the other causing arguments and misunderstandings. OPPORTUNITIES o There will be more aspirants who will be interested in increasing the productivity of the company. o Mr. Simpson will gather different ideas in order to increase the companys productivity. THREATS o The company will not be able to solve its production problem if there is no clear direction o The company will suffer bankruptcy. VI. ALTERNATIVE COURSES OF ACTION 1. Skilled and flexible employees Advantage There will be a productive and responsible outcome Disadvantage Competition cannot be avoided.

2. Competitive and open-minded personnel Advantage There will be unity and harmonious relationship between the staff ant its personnel Disadvantage Some abusive employees cannot be avoided. 3. Focus and clear vision of the company Advantage There will be a positive outcome of work. Disadvantage There are other employees who have their own interests over the company causing not to follow the regulations.

CONCLUSION

It is important for the company to hire employees who are skilled and flexible enough to handle his position in the company. Therell be a clear assurance that this employee will be a great help for the companys expansion. Also, there will be an assurance for the company that its paying for deserving and productive employees.
