Cane Feed control System Mill Imbibitions Water Control system


Control Philosophy of Auto Cane Feed Control System Purpose of Auto Cane Feed Control System This system facilitates feeding as per the requirements of the first mill feeding chute level & also the overload condition. If automatically reduces speed of the both carrier. Both the carriers are to be operated in such a way that the cane feeding will be uniform throughout and in turn the first mill will be fed uniformly to get good extraction, better grips and capacity at the mills and it also protect the overload the preparatory devices as chopper, leveler, cutter and fibrizer. Rack Elevator Control (1st Carrier) The speed of rack elevator should be controlled with 1 st mill load and Donnelly chute level if the mill is running under load and not any level is coming then the RPM of rack elevator should increases with cane carrier RPM according to load chart and if1 st mill is running overload the RPM of carrier should decreases according to the load speed chart. Cane Carrier Control (2nd Carrier) For Cane Carrier Controlling (As here we are considering few Number of Preparatory Devices) we sense each Motor Load through CT and this current will convert in instrument signal by converter/isolator and feed to DCS/PLC as Analog Input. As each preparatory devices are having different Current Rating (Qty of preparatory devices depends on mill structure) according to different current rating of devices. We divided Load set point in few parts and corresponding to load we decrease Rpm set point of Cane Carrier in each overloading. If current of any devices approaches to desired set point then automatically cane carrier Rpm reduces .and apart from that we consider Skimmer Level for measurement of cane blanket on 1 st cane carrier (Generally Taken Four Point Of Skimmer Sensor) If Skimmer Level are Increasing Then Cane Carrier Rpm will also Decrease. If RPM of Rack Elevator decreases under certain set point then cane carrier also decreases at a ratio of Rack Elevator RPM.

Auto Cane Feed control System


Auto Cane Feed Control System means to regulate the cane carrier speed according to the crushing rate .It is useful to maintain continue & proper feeding to milling tandem & avoid the jamming due to un even feed rate System consist to measuring the load on cane carrier at various point such as cutter, chopper, leveler, fibrerizer, first mill with the help of CT (in case of AC/DC motor) or PT Pressure Transmitter. (In case of Steam Turbine, Hydraulic Drive) as well as to measure the level of prepared cane (Mat Level), & Downey chute Level

TYPE OF SYSTEMS
1) PCB Base Electronic Control System. 2) PLC/DCS Base Control System. (In this system we are using PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) as main controlling units as well as we are providing panel instruments for all input indication purpose.) 3) PC Base Control System. (In this system PC base & controlling by software & all indication through mimics diagram Monitor the main advantage is that you can record all input / output data in PC.)

Mill Imbibitions Water Control system


Water imbibitions is play very important role in milling system .If you have sprayed excess Quantity of water in prepared cane in the mill you will find excess water in cane juice & Weight bagasse & if you have sprayed less quantity of water of water in prepared cane in The mill you can lose more % of sugar in bagasse. Means you have to spray the proper Quantity of water is sprayed in prepared cane in mill as per crushing rate.

DESCRIPTION OF SYSTEM
In this system we have to measure load on last mill with the help of CT (in case of AC/DC Motor) or PT (in case of Steam Turbine/ Hydraulic drive) & water is measure by The Water Flow Meter & all above input are feed to Double loop microprocessors PID Controller. Controller is calculating with input & set point. On the controllers output Control valve will be operating & you will find the actual result as per you get.
