Review Concierge manages the monitoring and reporting, letting you focus on generating results for your clients - not technology. It also means you can be up and running in days, not months. Our technology works by scanning the web for online profiles where your clients appear. Once these profiles are located, we monitor them daily. New reviews are emailed to you and/or your clients so that you can respond to them right away. We can also work directly with your clients or your support staff to write responses or request removal of online reviews. Our concierge team is setup to manage the entire cycle of responding or disputingfrom drafting to approval to posting on your behalf.

Review Report Card provides a comprehensive overview of all the reviews your clients have received on 60+ sites. The Report Card is sent weekly via email to you and/or your clients. Our email infrastructure handles the technical details. Clients will see your brand as the sender name.

New Review Alerts

New Review Alerts are the most important tool for staying on top of your clients reviews. When we discover new reviews, we send you a new Review Alert email. It shows where the review is posted, its rating and the text of the review. Simply click from the emailed alert directly to the review on the web. All reviews are archived in our system for complete audit trail. We keep a historical growth record of new reviews so you can see how your campaigns performed over time (visualization reports coming in 2014).

Actions are tracked to provide a high level of predictability to optimize costs for you and/or your clients. You can use the Review Link DrStars.com that comes standard with each professional plan. Or, you can customize it to be a branded domain like www.YourCompanyStars.com. Heres how Review Link works: 1. Patient clicks www.DrStars.com/Good to write a review for Dr. Good. 2. Our proprietary review algorithm within Review Link instantly prioritizes Dr. Goods report card and determines the website where Dr. Good needs a review the most. 3. White labeling Review Link can easily be done by purchaing a domain and forwarding it to DrStars.com. We provide communications materials that our partners can white label for the purpose of explaining our services to their clients. Our communication materials are provided free of charge to active partners.
Honorary Review Report Card Partners can create a free Review Report Card for their late-stage prospects or existing clients who have not yet ordered a professional plan. Honorary report cards include monitoring and alerts on up to eight (8) websites. Honorary report cards are created through the Reseller API or by emailing your account manager an Excel spreadsheet.

Pricing for a reseller subscription to Review Report Card can be found in the table below. The Professional plan includes Review Report Card, Review Alerts and Review Link. Honorary report cards are provided at no cost to help with your sales efforts.
