To be able to perform an update on laptops with USB/serial converters, the interface
selection has been expanded.

Using a Power Panel with a B/W display in terminal mode doesn't display the progress bar
when loading the visualization. It all works completely on color displays.

Can no longer calibrate PP200 touch after updating onboard AR to V2.82
If the onboard AR on the PP200 is updated to V2.82, then the touch screen can no longer be
calibrated. This is because the data needed for this can no longer be saved.
