Project Technical Description

0.1. Solution Roadmap

The following section describes the proposed solution, containing elements critical to the rebranding and
strategy for the Command Center. The components to this project are: brand development, flash demo,
product web site, email template, brochure, stationery and tradeshow design.

CarneyFireman suggests that similar components be grouped together to speed along the design and
approval process.

Brand development
A name, logo and color scheme will be selected that will best communicate
the benefits of the product. A logo style guide will be provided for usage
specifications on future materials.

Flash Demo
The program will auto start after loading. User will have the ability to view the
presentation in linear fashion or jump ahead to specific sections. Project will
be built so that a looping presentation can be burned to CD or DVD for
presentation purposes as well as online viewing.

Brochure
CarneyFireman will incorporate the same look and feel from the website and
demo

The brochure will include:

• Diagram
• Specifications
• Contact Info

Product Web Site


Web site will include the newly established brand with the flash demo linked. A
registration for more information as well as a F.A.Q. section will be created.

Email Template
CarneyFireman will design an email template that will reflect the other
marketing materials and will easily be updated for ongoing email campaigns.

Stationery
Art will be provided for letterhead, business cards, envelopes, and labels.

Tradeshow
CarneyFireman will make booth recommendations as well as the design for all graphics.

Powerpoint
Based on existing content, a PowerPoint will be prepared in time for the July 31st builders
meeting.

1.1. Payment Schedule

This proposal will serve as a Statement of Work between CarneyFireman and PM Computing. Terms of
payment will be as follows:

• 50% of each project due on signing


• Remaining balance of projects due upon completion

1.2. Project Assumptions

The following are both general and technical assumptions made by CarneyFireman based on information
provided by PM Computing:

• Timely knowledge transfer and resource availability will be provided by PM Computing, in the form of digital
files of existing PM Computing marketing materials for transfer of copy, logos and testimonials.
• Any changes to the requirements or scope stated in the proposal, the project plan, or to any deliverable
after sign-off will go through a change request process to determine the impact on project cost and
schedule.
• Project services costs only include services rendered from CarneyFireman.
• PM Computing will not grant rights to, license, sell or otherwise distribute/disseminate proprietary software,
processes or other CarneyFireman Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of CarneyFireman.
