Sau khi chn la th tc gia cng, mt bng cc tham s s hin th ty theo tng th
tc c la chn.
3.1.1 Clearance

Trong th tc Rough, Rerough, Finish, Pencil v Cleanup :
Nu Internal Clearance c chn l Absolute Z th thng s High speed
Machining, Rough Rapid khng c a ra.
Nu Internal Clearance c chn l Optimezed th thng s High speed
Machining, Rough Rapid c a ra.

Trong th tc Rough, Rerough, Finish, Pencil v Cleanup, nu thng s Internal


Clearance c la chn l Optimized th trong th tc lun lun bit c
lng vt liu cn li v a ra bng tnh ton, cng vi khong cch an ton
di chuyn qua cc vng ca khi.
Nu chn Use Clearance th s dch chuyn u tin v cui cng u bt u
t mt phng Clearance Plane. Nu khng s dng Use Clearance th im u
tin l im bt u qu trnh i vo v im cui cng l im kt thc qu trnh
li ra.
Chn thng s Internal Clearance l Optimized th bng thng s :

Trong th tc Connection c mt s thng s khc c a ra

a) Use clearance: iu khin chuyn ng ct im bt u v im kt


thc. Nu lnh ny c chn th chuyn ng ct c bt u v kt
thc ti mt phng ny.

Entry Mode : Kiu vo dao. Chc nng ny c a ra trong th tc Rough v


Rerough.
Optimized : Chn Entry Mode l Optimized chn thi gian gia cng l nh
nht.
By Length : nh ngha khong cch ln nht tm kim im air Plunge (im
vo vi tc F xung theo phng trc chnh) hp l.
No Plunging : Qu trnh i vo c th c s dng bng ng di chuyn
ngang (s rnh). Nu khng th th qu trnh i vo s b hu b.
Drilling : Qu trnh i vo c thc hin qua vic khoan.
Max. Entry Length : Nhp gi tr khong cch ln nht khi Entry mode c la
chn l By Length.
Entry Beyond Stock Limits/ Entry Beyond Boundary limits : im vo gii
hn bi im xa nht ca phi
