Bill No 1 Cleaning, Demolishing & Dismantling Works: Demolishing for any kind of block, concrete, wood, and metal works, etc. needed to clean the area and not affecting the stability of the wood structure of the cieling. Leveling the ground and complete cleaning for the roof floor from all types of soil, wood, metals and unnecessary materials. All as per the approval of the Engineer.

Demolishing all the existing concrete blocks on the partitions and the windows and moving all the surplus to a location where the Engineer instruct, removing all the garbage, sand, cocrete blocks and stones on the roof floor, and all surplus debris material from the roof floor and from the working area in preparation for works. Unit rate shall also include removing damaged stone walls, damaged ceilings, damaged floor tiles, dismantling existing wooden, metal or other elements, wire mesh, cables, metal sheets and all related elements. Then, all the working area should be cleaned and prepared for finishing works, taking into consideration to keep and maintain the wood structure and supporting it properly. All as directed by the Engineer.

Cleaning all the roof floor and the roof tiles completely, and removing all the birds nests and all related birds products, disinfecting all the floor, walls and ceiling with required insect disinfectants, and preparing the windows, floor and ceiling for the next works. All as directed by the Engineer. Cleaning all the internal stone works on the walls and removing the old pointings and all the stuck concrete, wood or metal peices from the stone walls completely. All as directed by the Engineer.

The contractor shall, when pricing the rates of this bill, take into consideration including and allow for the costs or expenses of all requirements stipulated in the preambles, drawings and technical specification of the contract. The galvanized sheets should be spread on all the brick tiles until the external edges where storm water collectors are installed and draged to the corners of the building.
