Stop DCC20:

If the system is operational, DCC20 must be stopped, and the computer must be shutdown.

Insert keyboard, press windows button together with m-button

The desktop will appear on the screen.

To shutdown DCC20 double click on:

The DCC20 is now shutting down.

Then you can shutdown the computer, press windows button and choose shutdown.

When the computer is shutdown, unloose the computer from the mariner kit and cables in
the back.

Remember to mark the cables to get the right connection when reconnection.

Remove additional cards on the motherboard:

Open the card lock before cards can be removed.

To remove the cards, pull them carefully straight up.

When all the additional cards are removed, disconnect all cables on the motherboard.

Unscrew the motherboard, there are six screws to loosen.

Gently remove the card from the computer.

Remove the heatsink, loosen it by pressing down the tab, and remove it carefully

Don’t touch or get any dust on the connection pad for the CPU and heatsink.
Then remove the CPU, keep the new motherboard ready and replace it right away.
Pull the stick up.

Pull the cpu straight up, and place it in the new motherboard.

Then replace the heatsink on top of the cpu.

Remove RAM, press down the two tabs on each side of the RAM

Then pull it carefully up, and replace it in the new motherboard.

Press down to fasten.

Then it’s time to put the new motherboard into the computer. Place it carefully in position,
and fasten the six screws.

Fasten all cables.
Exeception of the cables for the hard drive and CD-rom, the cables only fit one place.

After cables are connected, place the additional cards in their slots.
Some computers may only have the network card, while others may have Can card for
dpu’s, Watch calling and serialline card. Just make sure the card is replaced in the same
slot, as on the old card.

Close the computer and connect cables in the back, finally connect power.

When starting up the computer, press F2 until you have entered BIOS setup.

Follow document for how to setup BIOS.

Then startup the computer, the DCC20 will start automatically.
