Aims
Aims are broad statements which let the students know what you will teach them in the subject and what they might learn. They can be general and should give your students an indication of the scope of your subject and its relationship to other subjects or the course in general.

Objectives
The desired or needed result to be achieved by a specific time. An objective is broader than a goal, and one objective can be broken down into a number of specific goals.

Curriculum
All the activities, performed by the students, inside or outside the classroom, under the guidance of school, to which certain objective. A curriculum can be defined as planned activity offered by a school which can take place anywhere at any time

General Aims and objectives of Curriculum Curriculum is designed to achieve certain goals, aims and objectives in a due time period. That, how we want to develop certain attributes in human behavior or we wants to bring permanent positive changes in human behavior. Here are described some of the general objectives of any type of curriculum:

SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Shows ability to adjust to new situations Demonstrates appropriate trust in adults Recognizes own feelings and manages them appropriately Stands up for rights Demonstrates self-direction and independence Takes responsibility for own well-being

Physical Development
Demonstrates basic locomotors skills (running, jumping, hopping, galloping) Shows balance while moving Climbs up and down Pedals and steers a tricycle (or other wheeled vehicle)Demonstrates throwing, kicking, and catching skills

Cognitive Development
Observes object and events with curiosity Approaches problems lexibly Shows persistence in approaching tasks Explores cause and effect Applies knowledge or experience to a new context

Language Development
Expresses self using words and expanded sentences Understands and follows oral directions Answers questions Asks questions Actively participates in conversations Enjoys and values reading

Aims and Objectives of Religious/Islamic curriculum

Islamic education content should be included in curriculum in such a manner that should enable the Muslims to lead their lives according to the teachings of Islam as laid down in the Qur'an and Sunnah and to educate and train them as a true practicing Muslim.

Aims and Objectives of the new curriculum

To maintain updated curriculum. To take care of fast paced development in the knowledge To meet the needs and requirements of the society and to enhance the Quality and standards of Education. To provide a broad common frame work, for exchange, mobility and associated community.

Aims and Objectives of science curriculum

provide opportunities for observing and evaluating phenomena and processes and for drawing valid deductions and conclusions enable students to acquire a body of scientific knowledge appropriate to their age, and an understanding of the relevance and applications of science in their personal and social lives develop a sense of enjoyment in the learning of science

To prepare students, morally and politically, for understanding and being critically aware of the social issues of technology. To involve students in learning how to employ technological devices. The aims of the physics course at secondary school

develop interest, motivation and sense of achievement in the study of Physics develop the ability to describe and explain concepts, principles, systems, Processes and applications related to physics. develop the thinking process, imagination, ability to solve problems, data Management, investigating and communication skills. develop an attitude of responsible citizenship, including respect for the Environment and commitment to the wise use of resources. recognize the usefulness and limitations of scientific method and the Interaction between science, technology and society
