several companies: I have helped the top 3 Insurance companies (Old Mutual, Sanlam and Liberty) to
develop their database and their people. I use Kaizen (CANI) (Constant And Never ending Improvement)
to uplift the people. Helped Pretorium Trust to improve their market in Pretoria in Association with the
Shoprite Checkers Holdings Group and Spar, I also opened other avenues to create further market
domination. Reported to General Manager and improved closing rate from 48% to 90% and also
improved membership total by thousands. Worked as Marketing Manager at Ability Fashions (income
initiative for the Association for People with Disabilities) and took the market from 3 external outlets to
23 in six months. We became household names in our marketing area. Reported to Regional Director.
