Employees performance is clearly and consistently above all objectives/ KPIs and other job requirements (accountabilities and competencies). Employees performance is clearly above most objectives/KPIs and other job requirements (accountabilities and competencies). Employees performance satisfies all objectives/KPIs and other job requirements (accountabilities and competencies) have been achieved. Employees performance satisfies only some objectives/KPIs and other job requirements (accountabilities and competencies) have been achieved but overall performance is below expectations (could be due to continuing development or in a new position). Employees performance does not satisfy minimum job requirements. A significant and sustained improvement in performance is required.

Cada trabajo solicitado por las lneas de servicio, a traves de la coordinacion de mantenimiento, ha sido solucionado en tiempo y forma segn el cronograma de operaciones. No se ha tenido que lamentar retrasos ni prdidas de trabajo por mantenimiento.

No se ha perdido ningn trabajo por causa de equipos comprometidos en mantenimiento. Alexzandre a contribuido en gran manera a lograr esta meta como departamento.

Mantener los indicadores de accidentabilidad TRIR, LTIR, RVIR, TVRI en cero Employee Comments:
No se ha tenido accidentes de ningun tipo. Tanto en la manipulacion de herramientas manuales como en posturas adecuadas para trabajar se ha tenido el cuidado necesario siguiendo todas las politicas exigidas por la compaia. En todo momento se utiliza el EPP adecuado para cada tarea.
