Materials you will need

-3 pipe cleaners -2 foam boards -5 paper clips -8 lace -scissors -ruler -liquid glue -1 toothpick

Step by Step
*read all directions carefully before proceeding

Step 8 Measure 2 cm. from the side edges and 1 cm. from the top edge on both sides and poke a hole through these points with the toothpick Step 9 Push the composite pipe cleaner through from the back of the foam board with only about 1 cm. sticking out from the front. Bend the two sections down towards the foam. Curve the pipe cleaner above so it is a half circle that the foam can hang from.

Step 1 Take the 5 paper clips and link them by pushing the head of one paper clip under the outside edge of another. If done correctly, the paper clips should form a small chain. Step 2 Using 1 pipe cleaner, measure and cut off 1 cm. Measure another 1 cm. length and cut it off as well. Step 3 *The long side of the foam board will be the top. Measure 6 cm. from the top edge and 1 cm. from the side edge on both sides and poke a hole through these two points with a toothpick Step 4 Stick the 1 cm. strip of pipe cleaner through the holes so that half of the strip is on one side and the other half is on the other side. Step 5 On either (front or back) side of the foam, hang the paper clip chain onto both pipe cleaner sections. *the paper clips should be hanging, as if nailed to a wall Step 6 Bend the protruding ends of the pipe cleaner up towards the foam so that they hold down the paper clips. Do this for all four sections. Step 7 Using 2 new pipe cleaners, twist them together so they form one composite pipe cleaner with alternating colors.

Step 10 Measure in. from the top edge and 4 cm. from each side edge and poke a hole with the toothpick through these points. Between these holes, poke more holes at 1 cm. intervals. Step 11 Glue the strip of lace straight across the front of the foam 2 in. from the top edge. Step 12 Take the second strip of foam. *The long edge is the top edge. Measure 1 in. from the left side and mark this point on the top and bottom edge. Connect the marks with a pencil. Repeat this for the right edge. Step 13 Measure in. from the top side and mark this point on the left and right edge. Connect the marks with a pencil. Repeat this for the bottom edge. Now, there should be 4 lines which intersect to form a rectangle. Step 14 Cut out the inside of the rectangle without cutting outside the lin *to cut, push one blade of the scissor anywhere inside the rectang and start cutting from there. The outside of the rectangle is the frame. Step 15 Glue the frame down on the front side of the foam with the paper clips and lace. Make sure you glue the side with the pencil marks down.
