E Early Interventions The early interventions will help the pupils recognize that they will need to focus on certain skills like writing and reading so that they will be guided all the way. This includes setting of rules and providing reinforcements like wards and prizes for every achievements made. R Regular feedback and Reinforcements Phrases that will uplift the childs morale especially in a job well done or giving reinforcement will motivate the child to achieve more. O Offer opportunities The school always sees that no one will be left behind. FOSES pupils can now experience things wherein only first section pupils before could enjoy. A Alternative School settings Speak with the parent, school counselor and/or school psychologist to see if the student's goals can be reached in the current school environment. If not, discuss options for alternative settings. Include the student in all discussions with school personnel. If parents decide to investigate alternative education settings, encourage the student to make the contacts, visits, complete forms and ask questions. He/she must see that personal responsibility is a must when being asked to be treated as an adult.
