Chairman Tin Aye's Closing Speech: Organize the people daily; Do not start only when the election is near; Organizing people is nothing but showing empathy and compassion; Work on projects that serve the people; Work forward so that people will rely on you all; Work within the legal limits.

Thirty Political Parties participate in the Meeting with two Representatives each. DPM was represented by Secretary General Daw Than Than Nu and CEC Member Daw Yin Nuny Nyunt.

DPM Daw Than Than Nu: In every county the Govt. has but to lead to look after the welfare of the people; The Election Commission is to provide free and fare election for the political parties to compete; But if we study elections through out the world the party that rigged most is likely to be the Government's Party; The Election Commission is to make sure that the election is free and fair but as it cannot go against the Government's orders and instructions or colluding out of its own volition free and fair has no guarantee; Hearing the Commissioner's pledge to have cent per cent fair election in 2015 made us joyful and we thank you; Though 2012 By-election was claimed to be free and fair there were biases, and rules and regulations were visibly broken;

In that election I was DPM Chairman's Election Representation and therefore had close encounters, and had reported time and again to the Township Election Commission of the indiscipline actions; It will be real apposite to have a very clean election; In implementing clean election it would not be enough to have only the Government and the Commission; All, inclusive of Party representatives as well as the Voters need to be honest; The Voters must be intelligent enough to make decision, must be able to stand on its own two feet, must be indifferent to threat, coercion and influence; Glad that in 2014 Voters' Education program will be implemented as described by the Commissioner; The decision to practice PR System needs to be parleyed in 2013, then and then only PR System can be applied for 2015 election; Many Parties had requested to reduce Kyat 500,000 Election Deposit for Candidates; and have requested for Offices, but we have so far hear anything as yet.
