Professional Study Group Provides colleagues the chance to identify an area of focus to be critically analyzed through professional conversations Peer Coaching Allows teachers opportunities to consult with one another, to discuss and share teaching practices, to observe one another's classrooms and routines, and to promote collegiality and support. New Teacher Mentoring Provides the opportunity for experienced teachers to mentor new professionals and grow as professionals themselves through reflection on the mentoring process.
