Introduction Since past few years the usages of mobile has improved very fast. Mobile phones are considered as a luxury item that is not affordable for most people besides the big shape of the phone is already difficult to carry. Nowadays, mobile phone users increased like mushrooms grow after the rain caused it is much cheaper price in addition it transform into smaller shape and more convenient to everywhere. Now, not surprisingly almost all of the world's population has at least one mobile phone for each person. Mobile phone is considered as a key element in our daily life and everyone have it now. The cause behind

this might be that mobile service providers have reduced the call rates so low that it is now affordable by every one. As we know, mobile phone is a good technology which is not lacking from our daily lives. it has become popular since it is very convenient to everybody. Mobile phones also have altered our way of life to an unbelievable degree. Anytime some old member of a family relates tales about prior modes of communication like beepers, postal letters and telegrams, the children of Twenty-first century feel really amazed. It would look that the people significant the stories regarding telegrams fit in to a few other planet. So, its a point that the cellular phone technology has taking place a new period on our planet, that has dig up the old fashioned lifestyle entirely. However, it doesnt mean this mobile phone has no effect on people. Every thing on the earth has two characteristics which are advantages and disadvantages. The same will go true for the phone technologies. The technology is effective as well as disadvantageous. This mobile phone plays a significant role, it affects from both negative and positive sides in healthy and social aspects of our daily life. In this report, the advantages will be considered towards the disadvantages in order to get a precise understanding of the effects of mobile phones on individual life and also has changed our communication way, and how it has affected our medical and social life positively and or negatively. The question is, is it mobile phone implications good or negative impact on society and health?

Content Mobile phones main purpose is to make the progression of communication easy and to very honest mobile phones are doing this job very effectively. You can get in touch with other people all around the world just by dialing few numbers. As the name suggests, you can take it anywhere. So, you dont have to stay and wait at home just to take an important call. Or you dont have to miss call when you are away from home. It is extremely useful when job require lots of travelling. The use of mobile phones is definitely much help in daily communication. We no longer need the hassles of going to

someone's home to share or communicate information. Not only that, the security of an individual will be more secure as well as simple to use mobile phone to dial the police or anyone else in an emergency. Today, mobile phone has become popular since it is very convenient to everybody. The most advantage of having a mobile phone is you can keep in touch and communicate to your family and your friends no matter what where you are. For instance, you can contact simply to your friends by calling or sending messages everywhere without electricity. These kinds of things are very important, especially for a student who is in distress. Sharing information is the lesson or homework can also be done more easily with the mobile phone. In addition, the use of mobile phones can also foster better either with friends or relatives who are far away especially in overseas. We can call the loved ones to cure homesickness at a cost that is not too expensive. Moreover, with the 3G technology, we are able to make video calls to the loved ones. Technology is useful to cure homesickness and strengthen ties among relatives and it is maybe the main reason why almost all people today choose to own a mobile phone. With the help of this service you can send a common to a lots of people. This is real time saver. It is also can help you contact with other people if you are in a place or scene where you cant talk on the phone. In emergency cases mobile phone can be a great helper. Most women who travel alone feel more secure without knowing that in an emergency or breakdown they can summon help without leaving the safety of their car therefore, the mobile reduces the chances of being run over or worse raped. Try to imagine, you car is broke down in the middle of a highway and there is no help around at that time and the only thing that can save you is mobile phone. For most users the main useful of the mobile phone is ability to contact friends of family in the event of an emergency. Most parents also provide a phones to their children so that they can know where their children and whenever they need to and it totally decreases their worrying. From the customers point of view, it is clear that mobile phones support you in business a lot such as, make schedule of working, surf the internet, and keep in touch with their companies. Mobile phone is an all in one gadget. Only a fool can say something else

Here are some numbers shows that 96% of all respondents browse the web on their mobile phone and more than 88% have a Wi-Fi enabled handset. And also about 30% of the voters chose not to provide personal information but we still have plenty of feedback to be able to tell how the results vary across the different gender, age or location groups. If you need to wake up in the next morning this mobile phone also it works as an alarm. Tells you the time, day, date, calculator, works as a notepad when you want to note something important and remind you of various events and the important thing is, it can fit to your pocket. I wont be incorrect if I say this mobile phone is like a wife who take care of her husband. When you are far away from your home there is always a panic in the mind of your loved ones about your condition but if you have a cell phone, that means, they can keep on contact all the time. It can reduce if not completely disappears that fear. Almost, all the mobile phone that are made now days have ability to use internet. This is very important for people of all age groups. People who work can get their mails on the phone itself and as a students also can search the information from the internet. Camera in a mobile phone can be really useful in capturing memories because no matter how smaller a real digital camera get, you cant carry it everywhere. However if you need your mobile phone with you everywhere you go. The pictures and videos taken through mobile phone by people of crime, have been very beneficial in carrying on investigations and bringing justice. In addition, you can relax with mobile phones applications, for example, play games, listen to music, or chat with your friends when youre bored. Unfortunately, despite the benefit of mobile phones, there are ulterior motives behind their use. Actually, it depend from person to person how he or she utilizes it. There are many people all around the world who never leave their mobile phone alone. The use of mobile phones for too long can affect their health. Our eyes have to work harder and will be quickly exhausted because of the focus for too long on the "screen" which is small. Shoulder and neck will also be pain as a result for long bow facing handset. Fingers can also be painful if too long to reply sms ( message ). It is consider very harmful for ones health. Further, according to the WHO's International Agency for Research of Cancer

These kinds of things are very disturbing, especially to entrepreneurs or customer service to use the phone for a long time in a day for their work. When you talk on the phone for many hours it can affect your hearing and you will get bad effects like dizzy or bloodbrain barrier caused by mobile phone radiation which is known to everyone. Using a lot of mobile phone also can harm your brain, particularly teenager and children who are under 16 years old. Radiations emitted from the phone are dead harmful for the eardrum, has proved by many scientist. A few apparent hearing and brain diseases possess appeared because of to the excessive use of these devices. Moreover , eyesight problems are also observed among many crazy mobile users. However, this is not a black and white or yes or no kind of problem. More details are expected to follow soon, but the WHO finding does not mean that all cell phone users will develop cancer because of extensive usage. Unfortunately, it will also take years to see the results of extensive mobile phone radiation exposure given that mobile phones didn't come into widespread consumer use until the last 10 to 15 years. The health is not the only side of the issue that come out by using mobile phone, another side is when the drivers use the mobile phone during on the move. Recently scientific evidence has suggested that radiation from the mobile phone can cause a temporary memory loss, although there is only a one in five million chance of this occurring. With the lower risk many people will choose to let it go but what if this memory loss causes a driver of a car or another vehicle to crash and injure a family member or friend? So, think twicely before you say something. The greatest disadvantages of these application is that people waste a lot of time using them. If there are 100 applications that are helpful and worthy, then, there are a million applications that are nothing but a waste of time. The disadvantages to this would be the dependence of humans on their mobile phone, so, in case if they lost their mobile phone, their whole life would come to a stand still and feel like nothing. Most people who use cell phones do not use it for good. This is because many people using the short message service for the purpose of sending a short message that is not useful as courting someone or just want to get rid of boredom. Mobile phones have been used as a tool to spread rumors. This happens when the real false rumors spread through text posts. They are easy to believe without first investigating easily spread to others without investigating the validity of the newspapers. It thus has an adverse impact member to the parties. This matter will lead to wastage and increase the cost of life. One important thing, they need to be charged almost every day in order to work so it wont run out of batteries. Mobile phones save our time but we should try to use the mobile in good things only not in bad one. Not only that, students are also able to use mobile phones to copy during the exam, organized criminal activity and also spreading the videos at school. These kinds of things will cause the severe moral failure for the younger generation of this country. In addition, the attitude of the youth of today who like to compete in the pursuit of sophistication is also very worrying. This is so because they are not face any hardship to their parents sweat in his desire to realize their own sophisticated handset. For the lower middleincome, surely this is a burden to them. For the middle class, they often shower their children with buy a smart phone or other advanced phone till they ignore their responsibility for their work only. Parents are now increasingly buying mobile phones to

stay in contact with their children. Are they, by doing this, endangering their own health and more importantly the health of their children? If students bring cell phones into the classroom, the worse things will happen at any focus on what is taught by teachers will be affected. Permission to bring mobile phones to school is something that should be noted by all parties. Do not just because of the good has been shut down two four five disadvantages it can see that bring mobile phone to school give more disadvantages than advantages to them and also to school.

Conclusion Finally, from my report I can see that although there are many benefits we can get from the use of mobile phones, we also accept the negative effects of cell phone use if not used carefully. So, one should be wise in using mobile phones that are not involved in the mire of waste, crime, or suffer from chronic diseases Owning a mobile phone is you can solve many issues and get most of information around the world. But, if you choose to have one you must get ready yourself to protect from all the bad effect that come out from mobile phone. Therefore, we can see that mobile phones are not only very helpful, however they are also dangerous. Even if mobile phones have a bit of disadvantages but still the advantages totally dominate them and most of the disadvantages are the ones created by people themselves. So I would say we should try to make use of its good assets rather then making it work against us. Mobile phone connects world and the people living it in a pretty good way and lots of people claims that they cant work if they dont have a mobile phone. People give you thousand of reason how their busy life needs a mobile phone to ease things a bit. Warren Buffet, one of the worlds richest men thinks different because he doesnt even use a mobile phone but he still can be a successful person . But it is entirely up to an individual. By analysis we came to know that mobile phone have both positive and negative aspect. We cannot live without its help. We need them in each and every step so that we can

perform our work smoothly and efficiently. Like, with the help of mobile phone we can also call whoever we wish and ask about last minute things. We may take pictures at anytime in case we dont have a digital camera. We have the ability to communicate instantly in an emergency. If we have a good plan, we dont need a home phone. Cell phones are good to carry if you break down somewhere. New phones have calendars, and planners and alarms so you can get rid of all three. Lastly , it will not be wrong to say that not one of the technologies is harmful by nature, this is only will happen depend on us whether we clever to handle each problem that come to us.
