Will one general contractor be hired or multiple individual craft contractors do the work? Will shop inspections of the contractors shop be required? Is there a need for a staging area during the outage?

Is it too close to other equipment or buildings? Are the overhead clearances sufficient? Are there means for maintenance personnel to lift the equipment and components? Are there means for emergency egress? Have the cold and hot positions of pipe hangers and expansion joints been recorded? Does the equipment need testing? Has a plan been developed for testing? Have photos of the work been taken prior to construction?
