I don't have the time right now to fully vet this email, but I looked up one item
of accusation from the email in the actual House bill and found it to be not just
incorrect, but a hysterical misreading of the actual bill.

"Pg 22 of the HC Bill mandates the Government will audit books of all employers
that self insure. Can you imagine what that will do to small businesses?"

The actual page 22 of the bill (found at this link)

study of the types of insurance provided by employers across the country. This
study would provide metrics to track the progress of the legislation if enacted.
This is of course scientific, necessary and entirely logical.

Emails like this are generated by marketing firms sponsored by forces aligned
against reform, such as insurers. They take a cleverly "viral" or false "home
grown" tone to make the ridiculous accusations seem more "real."

It's time to tamp down the "entertaining" Glenn Beck-style hysterics and for all
parties to come to the table to make the US health system once again the best in
the world.

Here are the highlights of the Health Care Bill. Gulp...... It's the
Obama administration's view of sound "science" that should send chills down
patients' spines. Case in point: The president's prestigious science czar, John
Holdren, refuses to answer questions about his radical published work on
population control over the last 30 years. This is life-threatening stuff and
should be taken seriously, but I had to add my bit of sarcasm (posted in red) to
soften the stifling seriousness of ObamaCare. No racial issues here .. just

Lets take a look at what actually is in the Health Care bill. Obama makes
disingenuous comments like "You'll still keep your doctor" or "You'll keep your
existing health care." He is either lying to us or he has no idea what is in it.

Pg 22 of the HC Bill mandates the Government will audit books of all

employers that self insure. Can you imagine what that will do to small businesses?
I'm sure all small employers (or any employer) wants to deal with a yearly audit
of their books. Every one will abandon "self insurance" and go on Government
insurance, So when Obama says that there will still be private health care, it's
simply a lie: this mandate will force employers to abandon their private plans.

Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill - a "Government committee" (good luck with that!)

will decide what treatments/benefits a person may receive. (Committee members will
probably be selected by Pelosi, Chris Dodd, Harry Reid, Barney Frank, etc.)

Pg 29 lines 4-16 in the HC bill - YOUR HEALTHCARE WILL BE RATIONED! (We

all knew this, because health care is rationed in Canada and Britain, but Obama
kept saying it would not be).

Pg 42 of HC Bill - The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC

Benefits for you. You will have no choice! (and who will be this Health Choices
Commissioner/CZAR ?.... probably John Holdren who shares similar views with a
eugenics enthusiast who referred to the world population as a "pulsating mass of
maggots" and championed a scheme of abortion and artificial insemination quotas.

PG 50 Section 152 in HC bill - HC will be provided to ALL non US citizens,

illegal or otherwise. Since the data shows most in this group vote democrat,
you just knew this would be in the plan

Pg 58 HC Bill - Government will have real-time access to individual's

finances and a National ID Healthcard will be issued! Your financial records are
your own private matter, not for others to view, unless this is the start of money
redistribution ..... this same group vilified the Bush administration because
they delved into the practice of listening to phone calls to terrorist, but
digging into your personal finances is OK... wow.. they may even OK the Patriot
Act

Pg 59 HC Bill lines 21-24 Government will have direct access to your bank
accts for election funds transfer

PG 65 Sec 164 is a payoff subsidized plan for retirees and their families
in Unions & community organizations (read: ACORN). Take notice how many times the
fraudulent activist group, Acorn is mentioned in this article.... particularly in
the end of your life.
Pg 72 Lines 8-14 Government will create an HC Exchange to bring private HC
plans under Government control.

PG 84 Sec 203 HC bill - Government mandates ALL benefit packages for

private HC plans in the Exchange.

PG 85 Line 7 HC Bill - Specifics of Benefit Levels for Plans = The

Government will ration your Healthcare!

PG 91 Lines 4-7 HC Bill - Government mandates linguistic appropriate

services. Example - Translation for illegal aliens. you are not important but
illegals are .. this must be the leftist way to pay-off the latino activist group
called National Council of La Raza

Pg 95 HC Bill Lines 8-18 The Government will use groups, i.e. ACORN &
Americorps, to sign up individuals for Government HC plan. Acorn again but

Government deems preventable readmissions. you missed that hour workout at the

that results in a readmission - Government will penalize you. before a doctor sees
his first patient he now must pay $250,000 for insurance against money hungry
trial lawyers. penalize a million here a million there, govt. trial lawyers will

Pg 317 L 13-20 OMG!! PROHIBITION on ownership/investment. Government tells

Doctors what/how much they can own. looks like my doctor must live in Havana,
Cuba and fly-in for my appointment ...OMG!! is right.

mandate hospitals cannot expand. what? .. Oh!!! now I understand, if one of those
