DO NOT use annotations for the works cited pages; DO use appropriate format style for citations Complete rough draft of 30004000 words that will be assessed by the mentor using the Extended Essay rubric included in the EE Course Guide. A coversheet must be attached that includes the following: o Name o Subject (e.g., History ) o Title of Essay o Research question

Students must schedule an exit interview (10-15 minutes) with their mentor before mentors may sign off on the official EE Folder. Students must be able to answer questions regarding the research process during the course of the interview. The front cover of the EE Yellow folder must be completed by the student. Student and mentor may continue to collaborate as needed to revise, refine, and perfect the essay after this.
March 1st, 2013 Deadline for Mentors to submit marks and comments completed within the Yellow folder.

o Word Count Documentation must be uniform using MLA. Works Cited pages of at least 10 sources (NO Wikipedia) separated FINAL COPY DUE TO MENTOR Yellow Folders (provided by the IB office will be given to advisers)

Diploma candidates and may not continue in the IB Advisory
