BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 does not support upgrading both the BlackBerry Device Service and Universal Device Service when these products are both installed on the same server. Consolidate ports for managing iOS devices and Android devices: BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 no longer requires you to open inbound ports in your organization's firewall to send activation and management traffic to iOS devices and Android devices. Activation and management traffic for devices takes place over outbound-initiated, bi-directional port 3101, as it does for BlackBerry 10 devices and BlackBerry PlayBook tablets.
Device management
Manage BlackBerry 10 devices with a work space only: To enable compliance for secure, government, and regulated environments, you can designate all information on BlackBerry 10 devices as work information. The work space only activation option gives your organization full control over devices. There are additional IT policies that you can use to control how a BlackBerry 10 device accesses network resources.
