ELECTIONS PROCESS ACT OF 2013

Comes now, two affirmed American Nationals for The United States of America, the Confederacy United States to petition the United States, in Congress assembled to hold elections for Offices before the first Monday in December, 2013,

By the authority of the assembly of affirmed American Nationals and the reign of the heavens World Government, and all Acts signed by the current United States, in Congress assembled are recognized by the assemblies in the various townships on 11-01-2013.

Article V

Section 4; The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for office holders shall be prescribed in each county government assembly; but the United States, in Congress assembled, may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing office holders. The United States, in Congress assembled, shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day ratified by the county government assemblies.

PROCESS FOR ELECTIONS

1: Affirmed American Nationals go to: http://reignoftheheavens.org/generalpostoffice/politicalparties/the-confederation-party/ to make their claim to their private property known as a vote in the Confederation Party. That claim is sent to the office of the registrar to verify that the claimant has accepted and acknowledge the aforementioned status. At this time the office of the registrar will send the password to the verified American National to make his or her nominations. 2: Affirmed American Nationals go to: http://reignoftheheavens.org/?page_id=871 to nominate their candidates. 3: On December 1st, 2013, or the day before the first Monday of December of any given election year, the voting booth opens at 12:00 am and closes at 12pm for a total of 24 hours for all American Nationals in good standing to vote. 4: On December, 1st, 2013, is it decided that the voting booth will be at this location under a password protection that the affirmed American Nationals will know after their private property claim to their vote has been claimed. The claim is automatically sent to the office of the registrar for The United States of America for affirmation verification. Once verified, the registrar is to send the password to the following page and give access to the voting booth on election day. Link: http://reignoftheheavens.org/?page_id=1706///// http://reignoftheheavens.org/?page_id=871. 5: The results of the election will be made public by the office of the Secretary of State for The United States of America in the form of percentages of the total vote for each candidate after the United States, in Congress assembled has declared the winners in accordance with Article V, section V of the Articles of Confederation, as amended, May 19th, 2013. REGULATIONS A: Nominations start after the elections process act of 2013 has been signed and given world notice. B: All current office holders pro-tempore are in the nomination area and there is a place for new nominations just in case anyone wants an office and wants to be elected to it. Any affirmed American National can place the name in the nomination text area, however, also send the name and the office to the registrar, the email is in the answer area of the nomination program C: All offices open for election are on the voting booth page, it is password protected for now. The reason for that is the private property claim to your vote is the first step. D: When the nominations have ended, where we can make that determination as to when the nominations part of the elections ends and the campaign begins until voting day, the nominations votes and results are all made public, the voting booth is updated and remains under password protection until the end of voting day. do have user name and ip address recording and everyone gets one vote. The program will not allow multiple voting E: The treasurer is the only one that is appointed by the assembly, we cannot have that sensitive office in open elections, too risky for the wrong man or woman to get in and sign a letter of credit form a foreign banker. F: All pro-tempore office holders have a vote in elections, any time a new nominee is chosen, we call for another nomination vote until everyone is satisfied that the right people for the job have been nominated. So if the registrar notifies the webmaster of more nominees, they will be added to the Nomination voting section, so everyone will have to visit the site every other day to see if anyone has been added. The Nominated will have to receive at least three votes to get on the voting ballot. Where there are two or three witnesses, a cause is established. G: In cases like the General Post Master Council or where there are multiple office holders in one branch, please vote for all of them unless the number of nominees goes over the allowed amount of seats in that branch. For example, there are only 12 seats on the Council, so if there are 15 candidates, you can only vote for 12 of them and the voting program does enforce the amount of votes that are entered in each Branch. H: In the case of the office of the Governor for The United States of America, there can only be one vote for the Governor, and we have to create another voting booth for the Deputy Governor to enforce the one vote rule. THESE REGULATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR ALTERATION AS THE NEED ARISES TO SECURE THE VOTING RIGHTS OF THE AFFIRMED AMERICAN NATIONALS.
