Our founding member's father and grandfather were both general contractors, and
ever y attorney in the fir m has some level of real experience in the construction field.
The fir m itself has roots in construction, as its first office was opened in New
Orleans just two months after Hurricane Katrina, laying its foundation in the largest
construction market the United States has ever seen.

Scott G. Wolfe, Jr.

Founder
Scott obtained his J.D. degree from Loyola University of New Orleans, and his B.A. from
Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. In 2006, 2007 and 2008 New Orleans City Business
magazine named Scott as one the 50 Leaders in Law.
The son and grandson of general contractors, Scott is a construction litigator in Louisiana and
Washington, and the founding member of Wolfe Law Group.
Scott has a strong background in business and commercial transactions and laws. He focuses his
practice on the legal issues facing the construction industry. Scott is LEED AP.

Douglas S. Reiser
Member

Doug obtained his J.D from Loyola University of New Orleans and his B.A. from College of Wooster
in Wooster, OH. He is a LEED AP.
As a young man, Doug labored on both union and non-union commercial construction projects for
a private construction firm in the Midwest. Doug spent time working with both large firms and solo
practitioners. He has worked in the legal field in Cleveland, OH, New York, NY, New Orleans, LA and
now Seattle, WA.

Doug also spent time working for the New YorkWolfe
City Council’s Office of General Counsel in the
Office Mascot
Infrastructure Division.

Seth J. Bloom
Of-Counsel

Seth Bloom is a native of Jacksonville, He received his

undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and
family roots brought him to New Orleans and Loyola University
Law School where he served on the Honor Board and received
his J.D.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, State of

Louisiana Bar Association, Eastern District of Louisiana
Federal Bar Association, Fifth Circuit Court of Federal
Appeals,New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana Trial Lawyers
Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers,
New Orleans Federal Bar Association (the largest federal bar
association in the United States) and is on the Board of
Directors of the Young Lawyers New Orleans Federal Bar
Association. He is also a New Orleans Civil Sheriff and a
notary public.

Seth is a board member of the New Orleans School

Board.

Oscar Wolfe
The Boss

Born in the hills of Texas, Oscar became part of the Wolfe

Law Group family in June of 2006. Today, he’s a
comfortable resident of the New Orleans office in the
winter, and the Seattle office in the Summer, and works
hard to keep our staff, guests, clients and passers-by
smiling.

Not only does Oscar raise spirits at the office, he’s also a
motivation for part of the firm’s charity choices. In March
2008, Wolfe Law Group announced a working relationship
with Specialty Roast, where all coffee used at our offices
would be purchased with Oscar on the label and each bag
bringing a $2.00 donation to the Louisiana and King
County SPCA organizations.

Seth Smiley
Law Clerk

Seth obtained hi B.A.from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge,

Lousiana, and his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in
May 2009.

Seth is currently preparing to sit for the Louisiana Bar Examination. After
concluding the admission requirements of the Louisiana Bar Association,
Seth will be joining the firm as an Associate.

Paul Carriere
Law Clerk

Paul obtained hi B.A. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge,

Louisiana. He now attends law school at Loyola University New Orleans
College of Law, where he expects to graduate with a Juris Doctor degree in
May 2011.

Paul manages research and writing tasks for a broad range of clients in both
Louisiana and Washington.

Jessica Reiser
Administration & Public Relations

Jessica obtained her B.A. from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio and
her M.F.A. in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans, where
she graduated at the top of her class, focusing on public relations and non-
profit consulting.

Jessica administers our offices, assists in legal procedures and directs

public relation efforts for Wolfe Law Group.

Emily Wolfe
Marketing & Design

Emily Wolfe received her B.A. from Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia.
She began her career working for Accenture HR Services, a global
management consultant and technology company, as a consultant recruiter.

Emily manages the marketing campaigns for Wolfe Law Group, and the
design of marketing, webWolfe
