Specifically, the discussion should indicate -ho -ill be responsible for preparing periodic project progress and final technical reports and for the accounting of e,penditures, to be submitted to the #N !oluntary "und on 5isability. Salaries and consultancy fees should be reflecti&e of local pre&ailing conditions.
