Format a hyperlink

Show All You can format text or a graphic that's displayed for a single hyperlink (hyperlink: Colored and underlined text or a graphic that you click to go to a file, a location in a file, a We page on the World Wide We , or a We page on an intranet! (f you want to change the appearance of all text hyperlinks in a document, do the following: )! +! *pen the document that contains the hyperlinks you want to change! *n the Formatting tool ar (tool ar: A ar with uttons and options that you use to carry out commands! $o display a tool ar, press A,$ and then S"(%$-%).!', click Styles and Formatting ! /! 0o one of the following: $o change the appearance of hyperlinks, in the Pick formatting to apply ox, right1click the Hyperlink style, and then click Modify!

$o change the appearance of followed hyperlinks (followed hyperlink: A hyperlink to a destination you ha2e 2isited! *nce you follow a hyperlink to its destination, the hyperlink changes color!', in the Pick formatting to apply ox, right1click the FollowedHyperlink style, and then click Modify! Note (f the Hyperlink or FollowedHyperlink styles do not appear in the Pick formatting to apply ox, in the Show ox, click All Styles!

Select the formatting options that you want, or click Format, and then click Font to see more options!

$o use the modified Hyperlink or FollowedHyperlink style in new documents ased on the same template, select the Add to template check ox in the Modify Style dialog ox!
