Project is a partnership with the Department of Parks and Recreation to co-locate a 10,000 square foot library within a 54,000 square foot aquatic center and community center. Library and Community Center would share such space as computer lab, senior rooms, tutor rooms and community meeting rooms. Project location is 49th and Quarles St. NE
