To improve Imaginary Dragon, Inc. current website, our company conducted a research. Our research involved current customers of Imaginary Dragon, Inc. to take a survey on the current website. From the survey, customers express: Unsure of who Imaginary Dragon, Inc. is. What is been promoted? Lack of communication between customer and company. No sign up page for users to receive further information about the company. What are their services/products? The home page was too busy. Some of the content was irrelevant. Videos were missing on the website. Photos were missing or loaded slow.

Task 2: Users Interaction Using Imaginary Dragons current customers, our company conducted a test of accessibility. The users found that accessing the website was difficult. The website was slow to load in the web browser. The multimedia that was on the website was missing and/or slow to load. The job search page could be updated with current positions. Allow job seekers to upload a resume.

New Concepts After testing the current website and utilizing the information that was collected from current customers. With the new concepts applications we conducted another test for usability with the companys current customers. Home Page Reintroduce who and/or what the company purpose is, with detailed explanation of services/products. Rearranged the navigation links for easier use. Added the logo of the company.

Career Page Videos Placed updated positions with a detailed explanation of the task and requirement that are required for the position. Allow users to upload a resume to the position that he/she is applying. Allow user to sign up to the career page for updates on new positions and positions that meet his/her criteria.
