Attached is a certified index outlining the requested information from Boston Tower per
the Action request regarding the Presidential 9/11 Commission Follow Up. The facility
has on file the full DAT tape for 9/11/01 covering the period 0950-1444 UTC
(0550-1044 EST). We are unable to copy the DAT tape, however all pertinent
information is contained on the certified re-recordings in each accident file. We also have
on file the original TDLS data tape, which includes both Pre-Departure clearances and
digital ATIS information. This tape covers the period from 8/29/01 through 9/12/01. We
are unable to copy the TDLS data tape as well. Both are available for review upon
request.
