Projects include park and open space masterplans, urban design frameworks, successful grant applications through to infrastructural asset management Slade Gardens Master Plan
Client: Lambeth Council, London UK. Capital Works Value: 2,000,000 Brief: to develop a master plan that prioritises capital expenditure and their ongoing maintenance cost, over a 10-year period, in accordance with local needs and guided by local policy and strategies. Description of work: surveying of the site and surrounding neighbourhood to determine collaborative opportunities with the design; engagement with users and operational teams to determine needs and specication requirements; risk and equality assessment; prioritisation of the programme the works; selection of a template of materials and design specications to ensure design continuity over the lifecycle of the capital programme; and collation of the nal document to provide to key stakeholders and implementers of the works.

Infrastructure Asset Renewal Forecasting


Client: Arena Manawatu, NZ. Capital Works Value: $10,000,000 Brief: to develop a capital renew budget for an international sporting venue over a 10-year period, to ensure physical assets are t-forpurpose for current and future user needs. Description of work: research and investigation of current asset performance, user capacity, user trends, KPIs, current AMP and user needs; create asset register; condition score all assets; determine the priority of works and cost to provide the desired level of service; provide the level of service programme and cost options to Council to seek approval of a preferred option; provide feedback to users and key stakeholders on the adopted renewal programme and budget; and action the adopted renewal programme. Infrastructure Asset Management Planning


Client: Palmerston North City Council, NZ. Capital Works Value: $5-10M per annum. Brief: to develop an asset management plan for recreation facilities over a 20-year period to demonstrate and ensure physical assets are maintained and developed for current and future users in a cost e!ective manner. Description of work: research and investigation of current asset performance, user capacity, trends and needs; review of the recreation needs assessment, the existing AMP and key performance indicators; consult users and key stakeholders to determine the desired level of service, prioritise works and their associated cost to provide the desired level of service; provide the level of service programme and cost options to Council to seek approval of a preferred option; provide feedback to users and key stakeholders with the adopted option; and nalisation of the plan and key actions.
