and Disease

am very glad to hand you over the second issue of J ASA. Readers will be
glad to know that within two months of its launch, J ASA is now read by
3736 registered readers spread over 31 countries. This clearly shows the
great need that was felt by the entire mass of astrology reading, practicing and
professing public of the world about a printed forum that is democratic, all
inclusive and respectful. The philosophy behind creation of this journal was to
RESPECT differences of opinion, FOSTER DIVERSITY in different stellar
astrology approaches, ENCOURAGE RESEARCH in all domains, DEVELOP
NEW THINKING and sustain PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE of all schools of
thought. The increasing readership across the globe shows immense popularity
that J ASA has achieved from its inception due to this most wanted philosophy.

In the section Case Studies in Predictive Astrology we have very scholarly articles in KP, KB, and
Naadi methodthe major branches of stellar astrology. All the case studies are very practical and useful for
application. The authors have bared it all and have kept nothing as secret in these articles. K.S.V. Ramanis
article on Kalachakra will show the readers the fundamental philosophical and epistemological
classification of the natural zodiac and how this classification has an important bearing on practical
prediction. This article is a part of series in KB method and in subsequent issues we will get more from this
author on KB method. Vedikos article on the Italian Prime Minister is a beautiful exposition of the basic
and advanced rules of KP. Readers will understand the ex-post analysis through KP technique and also find
the mechanism employed by the author to make future predictions with the help of KP. Sunil
Gondhalekarthe inventor of 4 Step Theoryshows us through his article how he gives out his
predictions that come true through his invented method! Astrologers want to make correct predictions and
here is the article that will teach the readers how to do it, albeit with 4 Step Theory. The next most
important things that astrologers want is the timing of events correctly and this has been clearly brought out
by R .Vijayalakshmi in her article. Her article is based on Meena Nadi systema unique and fundamental
stellar methodand her article shows that it is easily possible for practitioners of stellar astrology to not
only make the correct astrological analysis but also indicate the timing of events. Nicky Modi in his article
has addressed an age old riddle about Hitlers death, which have eluded many, but not much for the
astrologers. His article will educated the readers that KP technique can be very precise and informative if
used properly with correct exposition.

Research Perspectives is a section where any contributor can submit write-up on his/her inference or
conclusion about any astrological principle/dictum after careful scrutiny/study/research of birth or horary
charts. In this section, for this issue, we have Dr. N.V.R.A. Raja, the illustrious son of the great Meena 2,
showing the readers how to find out eminence and prominence in horoscope through stellar method of
Meena 2. The author has done his doctorate in stellar astrology and his article shows immense scholarship
in this regard. Readers will benefit a lot from this article. Dr. Rao Nemani is a well known name in the field
of stellar as well as Vedic astrology. His article in this issue is the continuation from the previous issue. The
article is very easy to use and will serve like a ready reckoner for the readers. D. Senthilathibans article
deserves a special mention. The article is 35 page long and we are happy to publish it! His article shows
erudite scholarship and research mindedness in understanding the scientific bases of house divisions. The
author has shown, with many diagrams and mathematical formulas, the main building blocks of house
divisions in astrology. This article will always remain as a very important knowledge-base for any serious
students of astrology. After Pt. Keshab Ranjan Kar, there has not been any serious research in TSP. Some
editor-cum-writers of magazines have only tried to apply this TSP for random cricket matches. But Nayan
Mukhopadhayay has not walked the beaten path. His research article shows that Nodes have a role to play
in upsetting the results of TSP. Readers who use TSP regularly will find this article very illuminating and
will be cautious about the role of Nodes.

The JASA Idea Incubator is a live and public document for documenting any new and innovative
approach in the field of astrology in general and stellar astrology in particular. In this section for this issue
we have the concluding part of LSP by Vijay Kumar. Sri Kumar is a veteran and well known practitioner
and author in the field of astrologyboth Vedic and stellar. His article in LSP will show the readers that it
is possible to use a new method and blend it with KP to arrive at spectacular and astoundingly correct
result.

KSK, in his original KP reader Vol. II of 1966 mentioned in page 67 that good health is maintained: (a)
when the cusp of the ascendant receives good aspect from the lord of the ascendant, luminaries and other
benefices; (b) when neither the cusp of the Ascendant nor the lord of the ascendant is adversely afflicted;
(c) when lords of 6, 8, or 12 neither occupy Lagna, nor conjoin lord of Lagna nor form favorable aspects;
(d) when lord of Lagna does not occupy 6 or 8 or 12. Krishnamurti Padhdhati says that: (a) if a person is
born with the cusp of Ascendant in the constellation of lord of 6 or 8, he will not have sufficient immunity
and resistance against infectious diseases. He is easily susceptible; (b) if the lord of the ascendant is in the
constellation of lord of 6 or 8 or 12, the person will be sickly. Therefore, if the ascendant and the lord of the
ascendant are in the constellation of planets owning houses other than 6 or 8 or 12 and if the sub is not
governed by them, native will live long maintaining good health. Of the ascendant and the lord of the
ascendant, the cusp more vital.

Obituary
HOMAGE AND RESPECTS TO LATE SHRI A.R. BALAN.
(30-5-1942 TO 15-8-2011)

We can call all those as fortunate, who were associated with late revered Guruji, Sri K. S.
Krishnamurthy, founder of K.P. System during his life time.

In that those who were his direct disciples are most fortunate to get the knowledge of K.P.System direct
from him and also through his lectures. Among those persons, late Sri A.R.Balan is one amongst them.
He was closely connected with late Sri Guruji, his sons and many other stalwarts. Having expertised in
KP system of Astrology, he was generous in propagating the same.

For those whomsoever consulted him, he used to clear their doubts and encouraged students under his
tutelage, by giving all the nuances of KP system besides made them to develop it further with their own
research. Such person, who was directly trained under the care of Mr.A.R.Balan, is Mr. K.Baskaran of
Madurai.

Mr. Balan led him to right path in astrology and he used to approve or make suggestion to Sri K.
Baskaran's research in his own theory. Mr. Balan was the person to christen his method as Baskara
Astrology and helped him in all respects to enable him to release his Books.

Born in Pondichery, he has served as Manager in several companies till his retirement and settled at
Madurai. His end came suddenly on 15-8-2011 at 7-30 AM. He leaves behind him his wife, two
daughters and one son to mourn his death. Sri K.Baskaran is one of the most affected persons with
shock and grief that he fell sick with suddenly due to typhoid fever and is now slowly recouping.

Our sincere Homage and respects to the revered Astrologer late Sri A.R.Balan. May his soul rest in
peace.

Baskara Astrology Part II: Kalachakra

In Astrology, Kalachakra, (Wheel of Time) is the basic foundation of Astrology. It is ruled by Kala
Purusha Time of God . This Kalachakra Tathwam refers to all aspects of life both materialistic and
spiritualistic. It contains Medical information, Astrology information, Religious and Remedial, all in one
system of Kalachakra, which are all scattered. Kalapurusha, Lord of Time represents full human figure
right from head to feet (details below). From this we can pin point in what part of the body a native is
having disease; whether it is watery disease or windy disease etc. Nature and character of a person can also
be told through Kalachakram What type of person he is? Whether he is a angry man or soft man. Whether
he is fatty or lean and so many things. Further it contains the whole activities in 3 parts. (i) improving and
movable status called Charam. (ii) Non-improving and fixed status (Sthiram or Fixed) & (iii) Non-moving,
non-fixed, a sort of unsteadiness called Ubhayam or Common. It also contains what is called
Panchabootham (5 sources of energy) in ancient texts i.e. Fire, Earth, Air and water. The sky was given to
stars for its movement, giving importance to stars. (If a person is destined to meet with accident, if his 8

house falls in watery sign, he may meet with watery grave) like that. Sri K.Baskaran has blended all these
principles in his KB system of hid Cuspal Inter Link theory invariably linking Kalachakra Thathwam. . For
the prediction in KB method, Sri K.Baskaran is of strong opinion that our analysis of a chart is incomplete
without using the link of Kala Chakra Thathwam.

other 2 sets; viz (ii) Simham to Vrischikam; (iii) Dhanus to Meenam., thus covering all the 12 Rasis.
(Only name of the Rasis and stars will get changed). All other gunas will remain unchanged. Charam,
Sthiram, Ubhayam (Movable, Fixed and Common Rasis); Fiery, Earthy, Airy and Water details ae given in
the table.

In Kalachakra, each star has 4 padas. This means that each Rasi will have 9 Padas, called

Navamsa. Readers may see that in whichever Pada the lagna falls, same padas will be there for other 11
Bhavas. (same distance). In our analysis Padamsa plays important role
For prediction. Aries, Leo, Sagitarius are in the same group of Gumnas; Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn are
the same group of Gunas; Gemini, Libra and Aquarius are the same group of Gunas, covering all the 12
Rasis.

Let us take one example and see what is the difference in analysis between traditional method and Baskara
method.

Suppose a native born in Rishabha Lagna, his J upiter is in Simha Rasi in the star pf Pubba (Pooram)
belonging to Venus. Venus is in the sign of Kumbha Rasi 10

house. From his birth lagna Rishabha.
Venus is lord of 1 and 6
th
(to Rishaba Lagna native). So generally astrologers will say that the J upiter at that
time will give the result of 1,10,6. Will it hold good for all the children born in Rishabha Lagna at the same
time? In Baskara method we do not give importance to the placement of the star lord and its ownership
houses. In Baskara system only importance is given to the planet who is the star lord of J upiter. In his new
found theory, there is specific method of linkage of Bhavas for each planet and with that linkage; J upiter
will give its star lord (Venus here) results. It is not relevant to ownership of placement. In the subsequent
articles you may see how the linkage is got and how it interlinks for the result etc.

related matters (all about his self) evil results and for material related Bhavas (money matters)

competition and jealousiness.

These rules are not followed by many astrologers, except under Baskara system, amd hence each astrologer
gives different results. In Baskara system all can give uniform results.

These are the Kalachakra system of analysis for correct prediction.

Baskara system differs from other Astrology in his classisfication of all Bhavas :

(1) Lagna dependent and non lagna dependent.
(2) Soul related matters and material related matters.

Example for Lagna dependent Bhavas: 4

Bhava Education, is Lagna dependent. A native will have
his education retained with him till his end of life. None can separate his education from him so long he
is alive. 8 and 112 Bhavas from Lagna is harmful and hence one will get his education spoiled.
Similarly house belonging to the native (4

Bhava), al others will enjoy his house till he is alive and
after his death it will go to his near and dear.

Soul related: is Natives parts of body such as eyes, ears, hand leg etc. Also his relegious activities,
good deeds of serving people etc. Material related is his sole aim Is how to gain monetarily. His land,
house, properties are material related matters.

The founder of this system Sri Thilak K.Baskaran is firmly of the opinion that one when analysing a
chart, he should take Kalachakra system also into account invariably.for accurate prediction. Whether
the event is related to moving or fixed;
Water or air, or earth etc. can be predicted. Abroad journey involves travel by air, then Airy signs are
involved.

Parts of the body indicated by Kalachakra Rasis by Kalapurusha : (1) Aries : Head; (2) Taurus : eyes,
nose, throat, neck etc. (3) Gemini: Shoulders, hands; (4) Cancer:Chest; (5) Leo: Heart; (6) Virgo: Stomach;
(7) Libra: Kidney; Uterus (8) Scorpio : secret parts; (9) Sagitarius: Anus; (10) Capricorn : Thigh; (11)
Aquarius: Knees; (12) Feet.

In Kalachakra 1,4,7,10

houses viz. Aries, Cancer, Libra and Caprocorn are Chara Rasis (Movable);
2,5,8,11 houses are fixed signs and 3,6,9,12 houses are ubhaya or common Rasis. In Kalachakra, each Rasi
has 9 Padas called Amsam (also called Navamsam). 1,5,9 parts of Amsam are Charam, Stiram, Ubhayam
respectively commencing from Mesham serially as its movements. Similarly commencing from Mesham
to Cancer serially 1 to 4, again from Simha to Vrischika (5 to 8) and finally from Sagitarius to Pisces 9 to
12 serially indicating Fire, Earth, Air and Water as its qualities. All these will run continuously and
serially. One example is given below for Mesham. Members are requested to get prepared this Navamsa
table for pther Rasis for predicting thro kalachakra method. (For a native belownging to Fire, will have his

This is how the planets and Kalachakra are linked for the result, as per Baskara Astrology. While analyzing
many of our doubts get cleared by the Kalachakra Thathwam. This helps lot especially in the case of
diseases. Brief description of Rasi and the parts of the body related to it.

How to link the Natal chart and the Kalachakra? An example is given. Vrischika (Scorpio) Lagna native.
Kanya (Virgo) Rasi is under examination. Virgo Rasi is 6

The Italian PM was born into a lower middle-class family and claims he built his all-encompassing
empire through strong determination.

Silvio Berlusconi is one of Europe's most fascinating and controversial figures. He is not only the former
Prime Minister of Italy; he is the owner of the nation's top football team, the leader of a media empire and
the richest man in the country. Berlusconi is the son of Luigi, a Milan banker, and Rosa Bossi. He was the
first of three children, the others being Maria Antonietta Berlusconi and Paolo Berlusconi, now both
entrepreneurs. Silvio studied law at the Universit Statale in Milan, graduating in 1961. His career began in
the building construction business shortly after, when he became involved in the design of a garden city -
Milano 2 -on the outskirts of Milan.

His first venture into the Media business came in 1973 when he became involved in a cable television
station to service Milano 2. Five years later he formed his first media group, Fininvest. The company
owned a string of local TV stations across the country. Today his main company - Mediaset - comprises of
three national television channels, which hold almost half the national viewing audience. In addition to
other banking and insurance interests, Berlusconi owns AC Milan, one of the leading football clubs in the
world.
In 1993 Mr Berlusconi founded his own political party, Forza Italia - named after a chant used by fans of
AC Milan. A year later he became Prime Minister, forming a coalition with the right-wing National
Alliance and Northern League. However rivalries between the three leaders, coupled with Mr Berlusconi's
indictment for alleged tax fraud, led to the collapse of the government just seven months later. He lost the
1996 election to the left-wing Romano Prodi.

power again, in coalition once more with his former partners. However, further accusations of tax fraud and
false accounting dogged the Prime Minister and culminated in a narrow election defeat in 2006. He lost

found in society. In some cases death of a partner creates the situation for remarriage or in some cases due

My Guruji Sri NV Raghavachary (Meena 2), had spent more than two-thirds of his life on Astrological
research and highlighted on the importance of the constellations and some basic concepts of the
Stellar(Naadi) Astrology. Guruji Sri.NVR (Meena2) had noted that timing of events can be easy identified
by using stellar effects. In this article, I had taken the concepts of J eeva and Sareera to identify the timing
of events using vimsothari dasa system given by Dr.NVRA Raja, J r.Meena2 son of Sri.NVR . In the Stellar
system of Astrology, the constellations and their lords are the basis to find out the J eeva and Sareera
planets, of the respective Bhavas or Houses in a chart.. J eeva Sareera method gives a new approach for
timing of the events and enables reasonable and knowledgeable astrologer to pin point the events that are
likely to happen.

Basic Rules to identify Jeeva and Sareera Planets:
Rule 1:
The J eeva planet is the Lord of the constellation in which the particular Bhava lord is posited and the
Sareera planet is the lord of the star in which the J eeva planet is situated.
Rule 2:
When the J eeva planet joins another stronger or powerful planet, the powerful or stronger planet becomes
the J eeva planet in other words the stronger or powerful planet snatches away the right of other planet. This
may happen in case of Sareera also.
Rule 3:

It was said that Adolph Hitler committed suicide along with Eva Braun in 1945. According to witnesses,
Hitler committed suicide with his mistress Eva Braun. Their bodies were then wrapped in blankets and
carried to a bomb crater outside the Berlin bunker, doused with gas and set on fire. There has never been a
confirmed witness of Eva Braun committing suicide. Sixty-six years later, the world is still in the dark

Some Determined Speculations On Hitlers Death
(1) Until now, in the wake of new revelations, the histories of Hitler's death may need to be rewritten
and left open-ended. American researchers claim to have demonstrated that the skull fragment, secretly
preserved for decades by Soviet intelligence, belonged to a woman under 40, whose identity is unknown.
DNA analyses performed on the bone, now held by the Russian State Archive in Moscow, have been
processed at the genetics lab of the University of Connecticut. The results, broadcast in the US by a History
Channel documentary, Hitler's Escape, astonished scientists. Tests on skull fragment cast doubt on Adolf
Hitler suicide story. According to Connecticut archaeologist and bone specialist Nick Bellantoni, it was
clear from the outset that something was amiss. "The bone seemed very thin; male bone tends to be more
robust," he said. "And the sutures where the skull plates come together seemed to correspond to someone

(2) According to witnesses, the bodies of Hitler and Braun had been wrapped in blankets and carried to the
garden just outside the Berlin bunker, placed in a bomb crater, doused with petrol and set ablaze. But the
skull fragment the Russians dug up outside the Fhrer bunker in 1946 could never have belonged to Hitler.
The skull DNA was incontestably female. The only positive physical proof that Hitler had shot himself had
suddenly been rendered worthless. The result is a mystery reopened and, for conspiracy theorists the
tantalizing possibility that Hitler did not die in the bunker.

(3) Although the same person seems to be in both frames, a white area next to the face in the right image is
not present in the left frame. The body and/or camera may have been moved, with one scene recast to
nearly identically resemble the other. After a close examination of the official Russian film footage, we
must still remember that two different bodies were used to throw Allied investigations into disorder. One of
the corpses was burned in the Berlin Chancellery garden, but we think that both were photographed in
similar poses, with close-up details and background components that visually matched. We suspect that the
cluttered, mixed up "background noise" in some scenes was actually carefully planned to resemble parts of
shots taken from another setting.

A blurred portrait is visible in the controversial photos of Adolf Hitler's "doppelganger suicide." In the
picture above on the left, the out of focus portrait was placed directly onto the corpse. In the Russian movie
footage frame on the right, the blurred portrait appears as a prop in the background. This change of position
invites serious speculation that the body may also have been moved, switched, or meddled with between
photos. Was the same person in both photos? Or was one a copy of the other? To complete the cover-up, all
that was left to do was to reconstruct the very same scene, using one of Hitler's doubles on the Berlin
bunker floor, for the Russians to discover.

Out of the three drekkanas in a rasi or sign only one drekkana is Superior or Uttamma. The following are
the Uttamadrekkanas:

1. Chara Rasi(Movable Sign)- First Drekkana will become Uttama Drekkana
2. Sthira Rasi(fixed sign)-Second drekkana will become Uttama drekkana
3. Ubhaya Rasi(Dual) sign- Third drekkana will become Uttama Drekkana.
The aforesaid drekkanas contain a Vargothama Pada (1pada out of three) and other two padas of
theUttamadrekkana are classified as parivarthana padas. The parivarthana padas are next in importance to
vargothama pada. It is significant to note that the places 1,5,and 9 are important in a chart and have to be
scrutinised for predictions. Please note here that first pada of chara rasi and 5
