A while ago when Elvis Presley was still, in a great miracle happened. Mary was asleep trying to gain some rest. The night had been great she and Joseph[her fianc} had had a smash at the party dancing, spin the bottle in a big circle{and other silly games} even drinking. She opened her eyes to find Joseph hunched up in a corner she rubbed her eyes and croaked Why are hunched up in a corner like a baby. Sp..spsp.SPIDER. She rolled her eyes and sighed she wondered for the 1ooo time why she said yes to his proposal then the feeling of love washed over her. She turned to were he was looking. The wooden table he had crafted his self {he was a carpenter} a small black spider sat on top of it she wacked it smile on he face she enjoyed the feeling of power being able to swat away the spider without giving it a chance. She walked towards the mirror and stared at herself she had long brown hair that hung in curls she had tried adding some highlights but the bleach blond did not go with the dark brown. Her dark green eyes were like emeralds embedded in a crown. Her teeny tiny waist showed of her perfectly curved hips. She was 19 her friend Meggy was the same age and already having her 4th child. Mary was beautiful all the boys had been after her but she had chosen joseph a small pale thin boy with dark ruffles of hair that sat on his head like a birds nest. She had no idea why she chose him she could have had so much better. A wave of nausea hit her and a sudden urge to be sick over took her. She took a deep breath and fought it away. She began to walk away when a harmonious sound came from no where. It got louder and louder. It was singing soft and beautiful .She could just about make out the words The messiah is coming hallelujah Christ the superstar. A bright light filled the room stunned, confused and shocked Mary and joseph stumbled around. A tall figure emerged and said Mary Im angel Gabriel I come to tell you that you are having Gods son, take it away girls. A load of angles dressed in silver frocks began to sing and dance they were singing the words Superstar rejoice. When they finally went away Mary turned to joseph and said Im having a baby. 9 months parsed and Mary was the size of a melon the baby was due and they had received the news that they must go to Bethlehem to pay their tax. The journey was very long and they had to go by car. When they finally arrived mary was in labour she desperately needed to lie down. They first asked at premier in but they were told they needed to book. They then found hotel rose but it was to expensive. They were exhausted when they got to the last hotel it was small and it bared the name little resting place. They knocked on the door Mary was in lots of pain and was about to give birth. At last the door opened and they asked the man with a badge that said Greg Can we stay here the man answered Were all booked but I have a stable you can sleep in . They took the offer and made themselves comfortable in the stable. It was not long until Jesus was born. Mary panted rapidly she was warn out and now had a son to look after. She cradled her son in her arms. He was quite small with large blue eyes and tufts of brown hair that covered his head. Joseph peered at him and said Hes not much is he . Mary was furious she turned round and slapped him

Mary replied I want you to leave I cant stand you any more. Within 5 minutes joseph was gone and Mary nursed her child. It was a dark starry night and shepherds herded their sheep. An exceptionally big star shone in the sky . The shepherds followed it. Mary heard a knock at the door Come in 20 shepherds entered tired and confused. Hello we followed a star and ended up here. Oh well thats because this is gods son hes called Jesus. The shepherds stared and knew at once that it was truly his son Here take this lamb as a present . A month passed and Mary had moved to a 5 star bedroom she had a new boyfriend called Alfred who was the father of her next baby already due in September. The shepherds had left some wise men had come and thats when they ran way Herod was looking for Jesus but they had escaped to England and were preparing for another child. So are sixties tale comes to an end. Ps: The new baby was a Girl called Sandra Angel Collins.
