Mechanical Engineer Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for providing engineering support ensuring safe, cost effective designs are being produced for project delivery. You will be accountable for review and approval of technical documentation as well as preparation of detailed schedules and reports. This role will see your involvement in each project phase from design through construction and operations. Experience needed: In Position: 3 years minimum In Oil and Gas: 5 years minimum Core Accountabilities: Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibility. Work execution based on Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Individual Design Plan (IDP) Prepare detailed schedule as per given overall project schedule including front end, detail design and close out deliverables. Execute the work with the given Work Flow and Procedures. Control and manage group of designers working for assigned area. Prepare progress report for the assigned work. Prepare equipment data sheet/requisition. Prepare design changes due to revision of data, P& ID, revision requirements from other disciplines and propose solutions where necessary. Review vendor data/documents. Prepare calculations related to design. Perform technical calculations, analysis of technical query from site and solve non-conformances with regard to job requirements and specifications. Check and control of design revisions. Maintain, Control and monitor Mechanical Quality Assurance System based on CAEL quality system. Implement, monitor and control ISMS as per CAEL Information Security Manual. Contribute LL (Lessons Learned) Individually perform mechanical design works based on the schedule and scope. Qualifications: Tertiary/technical qualifications in Mechanical engineering discipline are essential. Knowledge and specifications of latest design engineering and analytical techniques and software is essential. Registered Engineer with valid Professional certification is preferable. Civil/Structural Design Engineer Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support ensuring safe, cost effective designs are being produced for project delivery. Comply with CAEL Integrated Management System for Safety, Quality and Environment Maintain, Control and monitor Structural Quality Assurance System Adhere to all COMPANY and CLIENT Procedures Participate in Audits Provide Man-hour and Schedule Estimates for input to Proposal Perform site visits and surveys including preparation of site visit plan and site visit report Carry out conceptual and detailed civil and structural design Produce Engineering Drawings and Drawing Preparation Procedures. Prepare and Review material take-offs based on the drawings issued and other necessary related documents. Be responsible for timely delivery of all drawings and MTOs. Interpret & check vendor, fabricator and installation/construction contractor drawings. Advise Designers for the "know-how" of Civil/Structural basic engineering & detail design. Advise, instruct & control Designers for quality and schedule of Structural engineering & design works. Prepare, Check & review completed Civil/Structural drawings & 3D Model prior to submission to Group Leader Resolve clashes in 3D design with other disciplines. Report problems or design clarifications to the Group Leader. Prepare and control detailed Engineering & Design schedule for assigned work. Monitor of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Design Schedule and progress. Ensure the project is within budget Man Hour and delivered on or ahead of schedule. Source Inspection Coordinator Purpose: The purpose of this position is to coordinate and ensure compliance with source inspection requirements. Experience needed: In position: 2 years minimum In Oil and Gas: 5 years minimum Core Accountabilities: Review and participate in Vendors Pre-qualification and evaluation as required. Review of Material Requisitions, Project specification, Purchase Order specification relevant to commodities and equipment procurement. Review and approval of vendor prints relating to Quality Control such as PQPs, QC Procedures & ITPs. Plan and establish quality control and inspection coordination procedures for purchased equipment and materials. Coordinate with Vendor to expedite vendor print like ITP, QCP etc. Attend and chair Kick-off Meeting / Pre-inspection meeting with vendors. Involve Technical Bid Evaluation for Third Part Inspection agency if any. Evaluate and nominate inspectors from approved third-party inspection agencies. Coordinate with Inspectors/Inspection Agency for Vendor Shop Inspection. Prepare Inspection documentation package containing relevant specifications, requisitions, drawings and other relevant documents for inspectors. Attend witness inspection at vendors shop as necessary Plan and establish manning schedule for quality control and inspection. Coordinate with engineering, shipping, construction and other functions, to

perform quality control and inspection smoothly. Coordinate with client for approval of vendor QC related documents. Notify client of vendors Pre-Inspection Meeting, Inspection/test schedule. Arrange specialist assistance for quality control and inspection. Prepare and maintain the Inspection database Coordinate with vendor for ICN and issue IRN after completion of final Inspection. Controls inspectors inspection report and vendors inspection record, including receiving / distributing and filing. Resolve rejection notices. Review and approval of Manufacturers Record Book Qualifications: Engineering degree with extensive broad based quality control experience on major projects working in a Contractor Environment is preferable. Familiar with international materials standards, pressure/process piping & vessel codes, building structural and electrical codes NDT and welding procedures, ASME/ANSI codes. Instrument Designer Purpose: Reporting to the Instrument Design Engineers you will be responsible for all aspects associated with generating design and engineering deliverables. This role is involved in all the phases of the project(s) from engineering and design through to construction. Experience needed: In Position: 3 years minimum In Oil and Gas: 5 years minimum Core Accountabilities: Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibility. Prepare and control detailed engineering & design schedule for assigned work tasks. Assist within Instrument Group with the Engineer, Senior and/or Group Leader in control and monitor the assigned work tasks against respective construction design schedules along with preparing associated progress reports. Execute instrumentation design based on sound engineering practice and judgment in accordance with requirements from the client. Prepare design drafts through to issuance for approval instrumentation drawings Interpret & check vendor drawings against design and engineering requirements for the project. Prepare, check & review completed instrumentation drawings prior to submission to Lead Engineer. Co-ordinate the implementation of 3D Modeling and perform 3D design checks Maintain & control the quality of work assigned in accordance with CAEL and Client procedures. Prepare material take-offs (MTO) & summary (BOM) based on the drawings issued and other necessary related documentation. Prepare & submit to the Lead Engineer the design progress and other necessary reports for the work category assigned. Maintain, Control and monitor Instrumentation Quality Assurance System based on CAEL quality system. Implement, monitor and control ISMS as per CAEL Information Security Manual. Qualifications: Tertiary/technical qualifications in instrument engineering related discipline are essential. Minimum 5 years experience within instrumentation with related industries. Chief Accountant Purpose: The role reports to the Finance and Accounting Division Manager and consists of providing accurate and timely budgets and reports to senior management. The objective is to ensure that the group has sound financial management processes and procedures to support the business as it grows Experience:

Assist with the development and implementation of Policies and Procedures. Any other Ad-hoc financial evaluation and modeling. Qualifications: Tertiary/technical qualifications in Accounting, Economics or Business Management are preferable.
