Accenture has a Vodafone Acceptance Testing services (VATS) primarily handling the IT systems E2E testing responsible for System Integration testing, Non-functional testing, Pre- production testing, User acceptance testing and production acceptance testing. Responsibilities: As a Test Lead/Test Manager for 2.9 years in UK, I was handling projects in the delivery, escalations, technical assistance and stakeholder management. Test owner for Interaction Domain projects (IVR) have transitioned the knowledge from Vodafone incumbent team to offshore India team Successfully managed the IVR connectivity from India to achieve the 90:10 team structure and cost reduction of Vodafone Successfully driven TIBCO insulation layer (TIL) integration projects which are implemented for Vodafone platform projects with front end clients. BT (British Telecommunications) is one of the world's leading providers of communications solutions serving customers in Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific. It provides PSTN, broadband, BT Vision other telecom services to consumers and end business users. Accenture is a key vendor partner to provide services for the E2E testing engagement. This includes E2E functional testing and verification for Customer Centric Platform (Primarily Siebel and thin-client based GUI testing) and Non CCP (Legacy Consumer Broadband, Business Broadband, Business Mobility and Retail Technology Network).This is based on an agile framework where a typical release will have multiple sprints (2 4). I have worked on testing the new functionalities introduced for BT on One View (Siebel 7.8). Responsibilities: As a Coloc Defect lead, I was involved in closely working with the component team, Delivery management, E2E Designers and key stakeholders in all phases of SDLC. Managed initiation, planning, preparation phases, Test Execution phase and Test Closure phase Fully accountable for the E2E Defects for setting up their priority and get it assigned to TDM (Technical Delivery manager) for faster resolution Mitigated risks/issues and escalated those at right time Driven stand-up/Issue review calls with component teams, designers and E2E test team offshore for defect resolution Tracked and monitored the sprint execution and provided update in reports to stakeholders on a daily basis Sending reports regarding the progress of the work stream Driven Deep Dive calls with clients and E2E leads offshore to discuss the progress and top issues in the execution phase

Responsibilities: I was involved in End-to-End (E2E) Testing for the Lead to Cash process for PSTN products within BT Retail to make sure it delivers what is required to meet the customer experience. We dealt with the offline and online type of customer journeys. Prepare testing estimation whenever required Writing Test Cases based on Functional requirement documents Overall testing the functionality of application to test the fitment of the new functionality with the existing system Test case review, monitoring the execution of manual test cases Test new Requirement under analysis as per CR or enhancement
Raising the defects captured during the execution phase in Test tracking tool i.e. Quality Center (QC) Analyze the defect and discuss the issue with component teams for the fix. This involves calls between the designers and component teams as well Perform re-testing for all the discrepancies those have been fixed by the development team and update the results in QC Status preparation of test case execution on daily basis I was identified as a QA lead for PSTN team (20 members) to handle the entire QA system of the team and to improve the quality for QC Responsibilities include ensuring that the product is completely tested, all the Quality standards are closely followed and the team deliverables are met as per schedule. It also included ensuring proper delegation of work and maintaining accountability Prior to this, there are documents involved for which I had opportunity to prepare and review are: Test approach document, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test closure Memo, Test preparation tracker, Test estimation tracker, Defect status report I was identified as a backup lead for providing the execution updates on the status calls with client twice a day and with delivery managers for tracking purpose and discussing top issues

Accenture was a key vendor for delivering from design to Go-live maintainence and my team was involved in understanding the requirements from the clients and discussing with the development team. I was also a part of the testing team. Responsibilities: As an offshore team member my role involved Functional Testing wherein I had to co-ordinate with onshore team for testing activities apart from Test Execution and Defect Tracking from offshore. I was also involved in test planning where I worked primarily on Quality Centre 9.2 and this role involved preparing Test Traceability Matrix based on Change Requests of the client. Later I was switched to Maintenance support team, where my role was to fix the defects identified in testing. It gives me a good hand on experience on SIEBEL tools and helped me to gain Knowledge on basic SIEBEL configuration. As an offshore team member, I was assigned the responsibilities for performing following tasks: Managing and providing inputs on new functionality concepts from client Handling the Conceptions tasks for improvements of the existing functionalities in the application so as to make the application more productive and efficient Making proposals of new functionality which can be introduced in the application so as to enhance the usage
