P R E S E N T I currently provide search and rescue and emergency medical care services to lost, stranded, or injured individuals in Weber County. I act as a K9 handler, EMT-B, and Outdoor Emergency Care Technician. We also provide K9 cadaver detection to local police forces. I am on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and respond to an average of 2-3 callouts every month. I also attend a monthly meeting/ inservice, and a monthly training session. H I G H C O U N T RY S E A R C H D O G S , 2 0 1 1 ! P R E S E N T I currently provide search and rescue and emergency medical care services to the intermountain region. I act as a K9 handler, EMT-B, and Outdoor Emergency Care Technician. I respond to an average of 5 call-outs a year and attend monthly training sessions held from March through November. FRIENDS OF ANIMALS, 2010!PRESENT I foster and care for homeless dogs and cats until they are adopted into a permanent home. N G O O P O R A " U N I T E D N AT I O N S # , 2 0 0 4 I taught English to a large group of Afghan and Iraqi refugees in Moscow, Russia. I taught for two hours every Tuesday and Saturday from August 2004 through December 2004. I was acting on my own, not on behalf of any organization, so I planned all of my lessons myself and tailored them to this specic group of people. I N T E R N AT I O N A L L A N G UA G E P RO G R A M S , 2 0 0 1 I taught English to Chinese children in Urumqi, China. I was responsible for designing and delivering all of my own lesson plans. I taught for six hours a day, ve days a week from August 2001 through December 2001.

I am in charge of planning, scheduling, and facilitating a K9-specic monthly training session for the team, and providing guidance during this training. This K9specic training is in addition to the above-mentioned Weber County Search and Rescue monthly training. I N T E R N AT I O N A L L A N G UA G E P RO G R A M S , H E A D T E A C H E R , 2 0 0 4 From August 2004- December 2004, I was responsible for 8 volunteer English teachers who taught a total of 112 Russian children in Moscow, Russia. My responsibilities included ensuring the welfare of the teachers, providing teacher training and supervision, furnishing discipline for misbehaving students, coordinating cultural excursions, and I also performed various administrative duties.
