Worked in the northwests largest Apple store. Matched customers with solutions to meet their individual needs. Facilitated Employee training as an active member of the mentor team. Acquired useful software skills. Taught group workshops and individual training sessions. Provided setup and support for all Apple devices. Acted as host of the store during holiday time, managing store tra!c. Provided supreme customer service for any comments, questions, concerns, technical issues, or training needed.

Helping Link, Design Internship March 2011-Jan 2012

Designed a bilingual printed computer manual with a "ve person team. The manual was adapted from presentation slides (created by me and a technical writer) used in Helping Links beginner computer classes for Vietnamese Americans. The manual was made to be a printed classroom curriculum to accompany these classes with the future goal of translating to more languages and distributing nationally. I worked primarily in inDesign and Powerpoint.

Sounders FC Camp Sta! Summer 2009, 2010, 2011

Coached youth ages 5-15. I taught them soccer skills by using various drills and games. Speci"c topics included: dribbling, passing, shooting, and one-on-one. Worked with a team of coaches and camp directors to provide a fun, bene"cial, and tightly organized camp experience.
