Company was also one of the largest free dial-up ISP providers in the country. Company required flexibility, out
of the box thinking, and advanced technological wisdom.

Regional Director of IT, responsible for strategic planning, and corporate partnerships.
Systems / Network Engineer, responsible for running IT operations for the South West region. Company
acquired many Internet Service Providers and I was responsible for integrating legacy systems into the new
corporate infrastructure. Directly responsible for administration of a national dial-up and DSL network.
Provided support and training to sales and marketing team. Provide technical support agents with software tools
and training. Required to build high-performance internet servers, design e-commerce
applications, provide 100% up-time on all network equipment and overall network security.
