ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DEFINED Lambino Enterprises will provide the following key personnel on site.

Their roles and responsibilities regarding safety on site are outlined below. MANAGEMENT The responsibilities of the management are: To initiate the companys safety plan and policy To administer the policy and appoint supervisor and safety officer To ensure that the assign supervisor and safety officer are qualified and that they receive adequate and appropriate training To coordinate all safety activities

SITE SUPERVISOR The Company Site Supervisor is responsible for on the job safety. Duties include: Planning Jobs Participating in the planning and design stages of trade activities Developing Task Analysis and Work Method Statements

Providing Right Equipment Ensuring safe equipment and plant is provided and maintained (and inspected and tagged)

Ensuring Workers Conformance to Safe Practices Ensuring workers have the right skills for the jobs they are doing Monitoring and insisting on compliance with safe work methods Leading by example and promoting OHS at every opportunity Facilitating Tool Box Talks on a regular basis

Maintaining Safe Systems Reviewing safety reports and inspections and initiating rectification where necessary Participating in incident investigations Participating in safety meetings and programs Conducting project inductions, toolbox talks and daily team briefings

SITE SAFETY OFFICER The Company Site safety Officer is responsible for safety on the project. Duties include: Ensure all safety requirements are followed Ensuring every worker has access to the correct PPE Participating in the planning and design stages of trade activities Preparing and participating in safety meetings and programs Preparing and conducting project safety inductions Conducting accident/incident investigations

Ensuring Workers Conformance to Safe Practices Insisting on correct and safe practices at all times Monitoring and insisting on compliance with safe work methods Leading by example and promoting OHS at every opportunity Providing advice and assistance on OHS to all employees Co-coordinating rehabilitation for injured employees Participating in regular workplace inspections and ensuring that any improvements are actioned in the required time frame.

Provide feedback to The Company and plant Communicating safety performance and issues to The Company Supervisor and plant personnel Reviewing safety reports and inspections Facilitating the maintenance of all records as required

Workers The workers have the following responsibilities and functions: Use the correct tools and personal protective equipment for the job Do nothing to endanger self or co-workers Keep tools in good working condition Refrain from horseplay and abuse devices, equipment and facilities Report accidents To work safely for self and family Obey all rules and regulations.
