Ask yourself: Either silently or whispering. Who Am I? Try to repeat 108 times. Now ask again yourself: Either silently or whispering. Who Are You? Try to repeat 108 times. Breathing Meditation
This is very simple technique but it greatly awakens and refines our consciousness. Watch carefully your breathing. Stop everything that you do at any point of your day or night, stop anything at any place and any condition and just observe your breath. Observe for 1-10 minutes and be totally aware. Say, What is the breath?... Who is breathing?.... I thank the Buddha and Infinity for this Great Gift, I am forever Grateful. Next continue whatever you were doing before. It is truly an enlightening experience! Try to do this whenever it comes to your mind, 2-3 times per day for seven days or more. The secret is to practice it unexpectedly, without a specific program, in the midst of everyday life.

Buddha Breathing Technique

Sit in zazen. Mentally or aloud say The Buddha is now Breathing. I am the Breath of The Buddha. The Buddha Breathes in me. Buddha Breathing is now beginning Start breathing consciously and as deep as you can. You can also focus on your crown, your forehead, your heart center, your solar plexus or your tanden (approximately one and a half inches below the navel and one and a half inches deep). Thank the Buddha and send your Love and Gratitude to him and to All Sentient Beings.

Madness versus Silence Meditation

This is a very powerful technique and should be done in great care. First Part: Start acting madly. Scream and jump around. Act like a mad human being explode, release, do anything crazy as intensely as you can. You can also dance or shake, say stupid things or scream and throw pillows around. Breathe heavily through your mouth. Act out as if you are in a movie acting out the role of explosive behaviours but care not to hurt your self preferably do this in an empty space with loud dance music. Do this for 10-15 minutes. It is highly cathartic on all levels You can also do Oshos Dynamic Meditations. (they are in CD format very easy to follow). Second Part: Sit in zazen and close your eyes. Relax and be silent. Act our as if you are a Bodhisattva, a Totally Enlightened and Awakened Being of Wisdom and Compassion. Empty your mind. Enjoy the Silence and relax at a deeper state and be aware. Enjoy the nothingness, simply suppose you are the Buddha. Think like the Buddha, be like the Buddha. Do this meditation for 15-30 minutes and then open your eyes to everyday life. Do the above meditation for 7 days in a row.
