Q1. Who are the Project Partners behind Revanta Welfare Society? The Welfare Society Management Committee has more than two decades of experience in construction and the delivery of Residential Societies. They entered into Dwarka when it was just in its infancy. However they had the vision and ability to realise the potential that Dwarka had to offer, even before Dwarka had a basic road network. To date they have delivered numerous group housing societies in Dwarka. We have a long history of land banking in the North Delhi region and hence have developed close ties with the local community. This will enable us to achieve our goals as a society in P-zone. Q2. Where is Revanta Welfare Society located? Revanta Welfare Society is located in Zone P-II on GT Karnal Road, more specifically on the BakhtavarpurMukundpur Road, New Delhi -110036. Zone P-II is home to Delhi's upcoming largest Mega Exhibition Centre on the lines of Pragati Maidan and amusement park.

Q4.What is the future potential for the location?

P Zone has been designated a High Rise residential zone under the Master Plan 2021 of Delhi. The execution of this much needed plan is being expedited through a combined effort of the Central and State Government to provide relief to the ever growing needs of Indias capital city. Hence, for the first time, the plan has been launched on a Public Private Partnership mode. The housing strategy for Zone P incorporates approaches for development of new housing area, upgradation and re-densification through re-development of existing housing area including unauthorized colonies. In view of limited availability of land and increased demand for housing, plotted residential development is being discouraged. P Zone has been planned in line with these objectives and hence plotted development is out and high rises are the way to go. According to projections in the Masterplan, nearly 24 Lakh residential units are required for an estimated 23 million people by 2021The DDA has earmarked land at Zone P-I and P-II for raising residential projects to cater for this surplus demand for residential units.

This emphasis on High Rise development will allow for better planning and use of recreational and green areas, to include a Leisure Valley, River Front Boulevard, City Parks, Bhalswa Lake Complex, 9 hole Golf Course, Amusement Park, Science Park and network of playgrounds and green spaces interconnected with pedestrian and cycle tracks. In addition, there shall be a biodiversity park and river front boulevard along the river Yamuna and a proposed Millenium/Memorial Park at the existing landfill site on NH-1.
P-II is a designated High Rise residential zone as stipulated under Delhis Master Plan 2021. P-II sub city, which is 40% larger than Dwarka, when fully developed, will provide housing facilities to over 4.22 Lac families from all income groups. It has 13 sectors spread across 8194 hectares of land. P-I zone covers 9,866 hectares and will

house 3.5 Lakh families. The Integrated Freight Complex at P-I shall act as a major source of employment, providing up to 6.5Lakh jobs.
Approximately 941 hectares of land in Zone P-II and 1290.9 hectares in Zone P-I has been proposed for Recreational and Green Use including a recreational complex, lake, nine hole golf course and 150 acre city park. P-zone will be home to an International Exhibition Centre and Science City on the lines of Pragati Maidan, together with a Mega Amusement Park spread over 20 hectares. Also river front walkways and cycle paths along the Yamuna river. Basic services and amenities will include 4 hospitals, 3 colleges, fire station, sports centre and a community hall. The life line of this new sub city will be a 100m urban expressway road that will originate at NH-1 and cut through NH-10, NH-8 and go up to NH-2. Once this UER II is ready, driving to the airport and South Delhi will take just 20 minutes. Revanta Welfare Society is just 5Km from the main GT Karnal Road. Major and Sub-Arterial roads have been carefully planned to make the Public Transport System in P zone accessible within 0.5 1 Km walking distance. Q5. Why to invest in Revanta Welfare Society? The Master Plan 2021 envisages the creation of five new sub cities, to unlock 60,000 hectares for development and redevelopment to cater to Delhis massive shortfall in housing. The Land will be registered in the Buyers name once the full payment is complete and possession handover has taken place. Q9. Can I sell or transfer my rights after possession? The member can transfer his/her membership by replacing themselves with a new member. There shall be no transfer charges. An NOC will be required before the transfer of membership. Q10. What is the expected timeframe for completion? Construction is due to begin in early 2014 and the project is estimated to be complete in 36-48 months from the start of the project.

Q11. What if the project gets delayed? It is important to remember that this is a Welfare Society so all the rights of the society are with the members. The Management Committee are a representative body for the members and will only be acting in the best interest of its members. Q12. What is the payment schedule? Yes, infact the price is extremely affordable when comparing with other Delhi locations, not to mention other NCR areas. Revanta Welfare Society has been priced accordingly to benefit those who wish to live in Delhi at an affordable price that is in line with their welfare needs.
