Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge. The evalutation version has a limited trial period of 40 days. After you have fully evaluated the software, you are expected to either register this software to obtain a non-limited version. Ordering information is described in the file ORDER.TXT. When payment is received, you will get a personal registration key for the latest version of this SOFTWARE. This software may be distributed freely on online services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media as long as the files are distributed in their entirety. This software may not be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for a fee without the permission of Magi-Soft Development. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE except as provided in this agreement.
