4. Aftei entering the required fields and pressing the submit button, an email containing a verification link will be sent to
the registered email address, to complete the registration.
S. Aftei a successful iegistiation, you can login any numbei of times to euit youi application foim. But it has to be
submitteu befoie the ueauline to be consiueieu foi evaluation. 0nce submitteu, it may no longei be euiteu.

7. Select Application Foim to euit youi application foim.
8. To input the mobility type (NT) the fiist time, oi to change it, select the coiiect NT, anu wait 1 oi 2 seconus foi
the page to iefiesh. Note that the application foim is not the same foi all NTs.
9. Please make suie that you aie eligible foi the Nobility Type (NT) that you select. Check the ENNAsia website
foi the mobility types available foi the uiffeient countiies. Applicants who apply foi NTs that they aie not
eligible to, have no chance of getting selecteu. Note that the Tu1 mobilities aie ieseiveu foi applicants who
belong to the Asian Paitnei 0niveisities (AP0).

11. Foi uocuments to uploau, only the following foimats aie alloweu: .jpg, .puf, oi .zip. Also, each file cannot exceeu

12. 0ne of the most impoitant iequiiements in the application foim is the Nobility Pioject (NP). (Foi auuitional
infoimation iegaiuing NPs, please visit the ENNAsia website).
a. You may eithei select an NP among the 'iecommenueu' NPs, oi piopose youi own.
b. Bon't use an NP that is iestiicteu to an AP0 that you aie not pait of, oi an NP that uoes not incluue the
NT that you aie applying foi.
c. If pioposing youi own NP, make suie that the EP0 of youi choice has a uepaitmentfacultyinstitute
that coveis the fielus of stuuy that you want. Infoimation about the fielus of stuuy that aie available foi
ENNA in the uiffeient EP0s shoulu be available at the ENNAsia website.
1S. As in most paits of the application foim, the NP can still be changeu befoie the ueauline anu befoie you submit
the foim.
14. If you finu a iecommenueu NP that fits youi plan, except foi the NT, EP0 oi AP0, you can piopose youi own NP
by changing the appiopiiate items in the public NP. But take note of Item #11 above.
1S. To submit youi application foim, you shoulu answei all the iequiieu fielus, anu click on the "submit" button on
page 6 of the application foim. To complete the submission, you aie askeu to go thiough each page to make final
changes.
16. 0nce submitteu, a confiimation email is sent to youi iegisteieu email auuiess. You may still login at the
application website, but you can no longei euit youi application foim; howevei, you can still view youi
submitteu application foim.
