Delivery Information Required Following lists the basic delivery related information required.

Upon review we may requested more documents. If compiling any of the requested items would be unduly burdensome, please let us know so that we can agree a less burdensome alternative. If you already have delivered the requested information then please so indicate with reference to your earlier documents. 1. Organization structure, including: a. description of organizational units and their responsibilities b. names and roles of key positions 2. Delivery staffing overview for onsite and offshore, detailing as a minimum: a. Numbers of architects, program managers, project managers, technical leads, business analysts, software engineers, quality staff b. Resource utilization figures 3. List of all delivery staff with names, contractor/employee, designation, employment start date, organizational unit, current project allocation 4. Rsums of a number of key architects and project managers 5. Overview of company main delivery capabilities, specified in skills and number of resources with those skills 6. High level process manuals: a. Organization Handbook including organization policies b. Quality Manual, c. Quality System overview, d. Project Management Guide 7. Overview of the company processes for: a. resource management, b. project management, c. quality management and d. performance measurement 8. Copies of any company certifications such as for quality, maturity, security etc. 9. Quality Audit plan for 2002, 2003 / 2004 10. Consolidated quality audit results for 2002, 2003 11. Performance metrics reports over 2002, 2003 12. Customer satisfaction analysis for 2002, 2003 13. List of all projects completed in 2003 or to be delivered, clearly stating for each project: a. order value in dollars b. contract model (fixed, t&m etc.) c. planned effort (specified as onsite and offshore separately), and estimated effort to complete, d. team size onsite / offshore e. planned start date / end date, estimated start date / end date f. status (according to plan, manageable deviation, major deviation from plan g. warranty obligations 14. List of all current support -, service -, operations -, and maintenance contracts, including description, numbers of staff involved, start and end dates 15. List of all current warranty obligations, including SLA and end dates 16. List of any other delivery obligations 17. Delivery contracts involving cooperation with other companies or restricting competition. 18. Delivery contracts under dispute, as well as any high risk contracts 19. Overview of all hardware and software assets, specifying cost of ownership per annum and date of renewal / replacement 20. List of all software in use for which a license is required but no evidence of license available
