Spion Construction Company Ltd was incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap 486)
laws of Kenya in 1994 as a Private Limited Company (PLC). Spion Construction Company is also
registered as an approved General Building Contractor Category B with Ministry of Works and
Roads as per Registration Certificate No. BK3/13/2230 dated 19th June 2008.
Our ambition is to provide excellent services in the Built Environment including Residential Real
Estate , Institutional Infrastructure, Civil and Engineering Works, Commercial Developments and
Industrial Infrastructure Development.
Spion Construction Company Ltd is owned and managed by Board of Directors which consists of
the Shareholders with Mr. Daniel Kioko as the Managing Director.

planning and scheduling we supervise, control and guide the building team.

Job tracking and Management

Primarily has more than Six years post graduate experience in the Construction of Buildings, Quantity

solicitation, evaluation and Award. Deep understanding of Tender Documentation in large infrastructure

National Park. He is currently undertaking several on-going construction projects in Kenya.

In my career, I have served under Industry experts like Qs. Joel Buku Munyori, as an assistant Quantity
Surveyor in running the Infrastructure & Development department of Kenya Wildlife Service. This
department was responsible for all Infrastructure projects in all the Countrys National Parks and Reserves.
QS. Munyori is now a World Bank Procurement Specialist. I have thus gained tremendous Industry-wide
exposure to Infrastructure projects.
