Spion Construction Company Ltd was incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap 486)
laws of Kenya in 1994 as a Private Limited Company (PLC). Spion Construction Company is also
registered as an approved General Building Contractor Category B with Ministry of Works and
Roads as per Registration Certificate No. BK3/13/2230 dated 19th June 2008.
Our ambition is to provide excellent services in the Built Environment including Residential Real

Spion Construction Company Ltd is owned and managed by Board of Directors which consists of
the Shareholders with Mr. Daniel Kioko as the Managing Director.

Spion has expertise and relevant partnerships to co-ordinate every aspect and stage of any
construction project process. Through the application of advanced technology in project
planning and scheduling we supervise, control and guide the building team.

location easily accessible to Nairobi city centre and in plot in
Nakuru Milimani area.

and other office equipment to ensure just in time and efficient in-house execution of most of
our activities. We also use the latest Technology and Software in our planning, Scheduling,
Job tracking and Management
3. The communication infrastructure includes telephony, fax and dedicated internet connectivity

A holder of a Bachelors degree in Building Economics from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate

Primarily has more than Six years post graduate experience in the Construction of Buildings, Quantity
Surveying practice and Project Management in both public (government /parastatal) and private (Quantity
Surveying) sectors.
Experience includes in-depth understanding of Tendering and Procurement procedures from Bids
solicitation, evaluation and Award. Deep understanding of Tender Documentation in large infrastructure
projects for example the recently completed 12 unit modern high rise flats at Magadi rd. for Kenya Wildlife
Service, and Kshs. 100million plus construction of One and Two bedroomed houses for staff in Meru
National Park. He is currently undertaking several on-going construction projects in Kenya.
Proficient user and trainer in the use of technology in Project Management including WinQs, Primus-DCF,
XMIND, Microsoft Office Project , Huddle platform, and Trello Software amongst others
In my career, I have served under Industry experts like Qs. Joel Buku Munyori, as an assistant Quantity
Surveyor in running the Infrastructure & Development department of Kenya Wildlife Service. This
department was responsible for all Infrastructure projects in all the Countrys National Parks and Reserves.
QS. Munyori is now a World Bank Procurement Specialist. I have thus gained tremendous Industry-wide
exposure to Infrastructure projects.
Before I left Kenya Wildlife Service, I was Quantity Surveyor in-Charge of Central Rift and Western Kenya.
