Bachelor of Technology - Electronics & Telecommunication B.Tech Electronics & Telecommunication

The candidate seeking admission to the B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication must have passed 10+2 with PCME Examination of any recognized board / Council.

Lateral Entry to 2nd Year :

The Candidate who has successfully completed three years of Polytechnic diploma from state technical board after 10th standard or 3 years B.Sc in any stream with Subject as Mathematics, is also eligible to take admission in 2nd Year of B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication.

Program Duration:
The program duration for B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication will be four years comprising of eight semesters but the candidate will have to complete the program within six years from the session of enrolment.

Documents Required For Admission:

Two sets of Xerox of following documents (one attested and one notarised) is required 1. Date of Birth Certificate or any document showing date of Birth, 2. 10th Marksheet, 3. 12th Marksheet, or Diploma all sem/Year Marksheet or B.Sc all year/Sem Marksheet 4. Provisional/ Final Passing Certificate of Qualifying Exam.

Minimum Marks required for Passing :

No Candidate shall be declared to have passed in any course unless he / she obtains 40% in the aggregate of term-end examination and internal assessment put together for all the subjects.

Evaluation Procedure:
Evaluation for each course covers two aspects: a.Internal assessment (IA) through assignments with a weightage of 25% b.Term-end examination having a weightage of 75%
