IN ARCHITECTURE OF
1927
THE CURRENT CONFIGURATION OF ACADEMIC TRAINING IN ARCHITECTURE IS THE RESULT OF THE REFORM BASED ON THE ROMANIAN TRADITION IN ARCHITECTURAL EDUCATION, CONTEMPORARY INFORMATIONS AND INFLUENCES, AS WELL AS ON THE COLLABORATION WITH THE PROFESSIONAL INTERNATIONAL BODIES (UIA UNESCO, EAAE) AND EUROPEAN SCHOOLS OF ARCHITECTURE
- an architectural education attentive to an increasingly unstable labor market and more and more specialized professional practice;
- an architectural education prepared to face the big variety of totally new materials and technologies; - an architectural education aware of the rapid deterioration of the environment and the imperative necessity for a built environment less energy consuming and more sustainable; - an architectural education sensitive to the traditional values and local identity.
